So I booked my room in Orlando on 3/2/18 and I was not pleased with my room at all. Everything was outdated bed, table, appliances bathroom,TV basically everything you think of in that room. I booked a queen studio, and I m not talking about a few years outdated I m talking about when ever box TVs were in style outdated., cause the tv was so small I couldn t even see it . Upon arriving Mr.felipe if I remember his name correctly was nice however he avoided my questions about the room prior to signing my check in papers. I had called prior to booking to ask for a updated room and they noted that I requested for a updated room,I had seen on the website. And a lady said that they could try however there is no garentee. I m thinking okay cool, so they have updated units. Going back to Mr.Felipe upon checking in I explain the conversation I had with the lady over the phone earlier about having an updated room. He did try and comprehend my inquiry, then he further explained that all rooms are standard and the same. I m like okay let me go check the room out and make sure it s up to my liking. So our room was located in the back, in 2nd building. As we were walking up to our room everything from the smell in building to the creepy elevator was already a red flag. So we stayed on the second floor room 113 all the way at the end. Before I actually got to my room we had to walk down the hall. The hallway smelt bad and we could hear very loud music playing in the hallway from other rooms. Another red flag!, so preceded to our room. I open the door and I was very disappointed in its appearence as I said before everything was out dated. I can truthfully say it was clean because it was, however I felt very uncomfortable in the room. So after I saw the room I went back to the front desk and told Felipe my concern he then gets the manager. The manager was very nice and explained that all the rooms are standard with small TVs etc, however if anything else came available he would inform me. So all this is happening the first night that we are there around 9-11 p.m so I still wasn t statisfied and didn t want to stay there anymore, so I asked about the cancellation policy and because I booked for 4 days and 3 nights I would only be refunded for one night. So because everything else near that area was booked I had to wait out the night until the morning. So after thinking long and hard about if I could stay there all weekend and perhaps look back on this moment and laugh in the future. I decided that I couldn t the beds were very uncomfortable my boyfriend actually slept on the couch cause we both couldn t fit in the bed comfortably. So that next morning I was up at the front desk asking to check out. I believe the attendant that morning name was Thomas he was helpful, however because managers had switch shifts and the manger I spoke with the night before wasn t there I sorta had a run with Travelocity and the hotel as far as getting my refund of the one night back. Then after finally speaking face to face to the lady manger that day she refunded me my money back for the one night.

I also wanted to state that the free breakfast was also very disappointing. We had to go into this conference room with round tables which was over crowded and the food was like bread cereal and muffins. I felt like I was in a foreign country trapped on a island somewhere ... y all maybe laughing but this is how I really felt. I hope I don t sound too bougie, but this is just my experience and if you are like me and expect to feel at home when you go on vacation and comfortable I wouldn t recommend staying here.

5 stars for a 2.5 star hotel. If you want to stay at a 5 star hotel then you will need to pay for it! We had a 2 room, 2 bath suite that included a nice living space and kitchen. Staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. Indoor and outdoor pools, both with hot tubs were very clean. Small grocery store, food to order including a pizza hut was very convenient. Overall grounds were clean and kept fairly well. Every night saw at least 2 grounds security people walking and making sure all was well! Great location right off I94 and International Blvd. Rooms could be cleaner and use a little TLC but for the price this is an absolute no brainer for a 2 bedroom suite!!

Quite disappointed with the lack of maintenance in the apartments. Kitchen floor tiles broken, kitchen utensils old and without conservation. Bathroom with the old crockery, very old room carpet and loosening the loops. The hotel urgently needs an "up grade".

For anyone on a budget it's everything you need. Ensuite bathrooms, decent furniture, couple of outdoor pools and and inside one all with accompanying hot tubs. Bbq's on Saturdays with a reasonably priced bar. Breakfasts in the morning have all the basics covered.
Great family atmosphere and its not rules driven. You can see all the staff like everyone to be enjoying themselves.
I would 100% stay again.

Enjoyed the hotel !! I just did not like the mattress, the sockets in the very old rooms and when I checked out I did not find any cart so I could carry my bags to the car since I was on the sixth floor, alone and with two suitcases and the breakfast very weak with regard to the room rate which is a little high to other hotels that offer well complete breakfast ... As the room had an American kitchen I started to make my breakfast !! But I would stay again because I found it very safe and the staff are attentive !! (I.e.

Desperately in need of refurbishment and deep clean. Thomson sends holidaymakers here (2017)! Virgin has apparently agreed only to send their customers to refurbished suites here. Communal areas are shabby, dirty and badly maintained. Hallway carpets made the place stink in the warm, humid weather. Room bathroom and kitchen dirty, with shabby cupboards, broken cooker, dirty fridge with previous occupants' food still in it. Brien/beige decor does not help. Breakfast really poor. Another guest sighted a cockroach in the dining area. The room not positives were comfortable bed and good location, but why take the chance?

Make sure you don't forget anything, the staff will take home and management thinks that it's ok. have to make another trip to the hotel to MAYBE get my belongings back. And the real kicker is I called as soon as I checked out saying I forgot an item and still the staff took home. Over priced and dirty. Better off staying at the holiday inn.

Remembering that you get what you pay for the hotel is exactly that! 3 pools - 2 out, 1 heated in - and a pizza hut on site mean you can have easy days. Best access for Universal at a reasonable price and not far from other amenities but half the cost. Room is again what you would expect with kitchen, bed and sofa bed available.

A good location for Universal studios and has big comfy beds but facilities such as the indoor pool and decor of rooms are dated and well used which lets it down. It has a Pizza Hut within the site which is a bonus.

This was the nastiest hotel I ve ever stepped foot in! Carpets smelled so gross! I was afraid to sit on or touch anything! Pictures on the website must be from 30 years ago! I almost cried before going to bed each night because the room smelled so awful!! Shame on you guys for not doing better! Staff was friendly at least .

The Enclage has such great potential, but it is absolute crap! The only redeeming quality of this place is the balconies, but don't let that tempt you, the rest is completely unacceptable. The rooms are completely outdated and really tiny, again the balcony is the only reason I tried staying here, but it was just a complete disaster. The beds are uncomfortable, I could barely fit in the shower, the air conditioning ran 100% of the time and it was still hot and humid in the room. Stay far, far away from this place!

The Enclave Suites is a great budget hotel. For the price you pay you get a full suite with balcony and the views from the balcony are simply excellent. The rooms are a little dated and do need some renovation, but considering how much you'll be out and about in Orlando I wouldn't let it put you off really. The staff are all very pleasant and friendly (especially the breakfast staff, they're absolutely amazing). The location of the Enclave is excellent, it's a 5 minute drive to Universal Studios Resort. A 5 minute walk to Wet n Wild and not to mention all the wonders of international drive are on your doorstep. Getting to Disney World can be expensive but the hotels rates for transportation there and back are cheaper than Virgin! There are 3 pools, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor. All good size pools with hot tubs which are excellent. The Pizza Hut in the hotel is really handy when you've been out all day at the parks and just can't be bothered cooking as well! Overall, I would recommend the Enclave. I would happily stay there again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Enclave. Both times we stayed in the apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for families with children. The cleaning service is very correct, the pool facilities, both the roof and the outdoors, spectacular. Breakfast, what can I say. The second time we stayed we had changed the regime. Before you had breakfast or you did not have it. Now there are 2 types of breakfast; one the normal, and another that does not include the hot dishes that Americans commonly take. But this last one has a complement, that is, you must pay, something that when making the reservation is not clarified. Likewise, it is a super recommended hotel with a excellent location.

Great rooms, friendly staff, three pools plus a game room and an exercise room with workout machines like treadmills and exercise bikes and a big TV, great views of sand lake and wetnwild water park, outdoor ping-pong and billiards tables on site next to the snack bar, I love this place! The hotel was built in the mid 1980s, but a lot of the rooms are newly renovated. There is a gift shop and a pizza hut express on site as well. it's also convenient to all the major amusement parks like universal and Disney world and fun spot plus the outlet malls. there are a dozen different Pokemon go pokestops within a 200 yard radius of the resort if you play Pokemon go. I love this place!

Great Airbnb. The place is being renovated. The host was great and so friendly. Free parking too. Security car on site at night. We'd stay again. Multiple restaurants and stores nearby.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. The hallways smelled of urine, everything was very worn, and the pools were dirty. The elevators worked 50% of the time. The included breakfast we were at once the playground was no one on, because it was so dilapidated .. Would almost not sit on the couch because it was so dirty. The washing help was lousy, but there was good service at the front desk. But the hotel ruined a bit of the tour experience. We will definitely check better next time. This is if you are used to a little normal standard, you get a little tricked by the pictures. Because it looks perfectly fine. I expect it to be clean and whole.

This was a last minute stay and I am blown away at how accommodating the front desk staff was. The rooms are spotless and modern. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends and stay here again!

Hotel was misrepresented majorly online description. Took too long to get registered. Half the rooms weren't available on time. Hotel wasnt as nice as description and pics online depicted. Not impressed

After being tricked into a JD reservation package that promised a 5 star resort stay, my husband & I were sent to the enclave. The hotel itself is in a decent location being walking distance to universal drive. Staff were nice enough, especially the night auditor Chip who checked us in. However the hotel itself is extremely old & warn out. Hallways have a terrible smell & rooms are furnished from the 70's. Bed mattresses seems to have not changed since the 70's. Could not be paid to stay here again, I advise you don't even bother to begin with or get involve with JD reservations.

Good hotel. We had a two bedroom apartment. There was a handy kitchen with microwave and fridge. Internet in the rooms was not great. The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. Reception can book taxis for you. They were good value as there were four of us. It's a good idea though to confirm with the taxi driver the fare agreed between the hotel and taxi company for the regular routes as one or two drivers tried it on. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Staff friendly and made us feel welcome was worried that it would be bad because of some of reviews. But we were very happy here. I liked the apt like feeling. Not a motel room. Hot tub open late was greatafter a long day on my feet . I would stay here again. I felt comfortable and happy.

We have been coming to Orlando for 15years and this was the best accommodation that we've had. We had a lovely room on the ground floor, close to the outdoor and indoor pool. The breakfast was great and made great by the lovely staff especially Enrique and Burnette. It's really well situated with lots of great restaurants within easy walk. Will definitely be coming back.

Hotel is in need of refurbishment. Room smelled like it had been a smoking room in years past. Mirrors in the bathroom were worn. TVs are circa 2001. TV channels lack a kids channel (they advertise nick jr but it wasn't). The continental breakfast is a total up sell ploy. You walk into a restaurant with pan cakes and egs and bacon. They let you sit down and wait for you to approach the counter before telling you that it's another $6 to eat this breakfast..... they then send you back to a breakfast of ceral and "toast" (in quotes because the toasters only slightly dry out the bread).

That said the proximity to universal is great, and the pirates dinner theater sounded awesome from across the street.

This place was perfect for family of 5 we got 2 bedroom w kitchen 3 days 360 bucks. If your not to picky, it's close to everything ,pool, tiered free breakfast and free shuttle service to parks. Room old some up keep needed, it's not the Hilton, but I've stayed in more expensive hotels it worse shape. I feel an equal trade off for extra room and space. We loved it if your picky maybe not.

Holy 25" tube tv from the 90s. They somehow have the compressor unit for the ac in the ceiling above the front door. It must also be from the 90s noise and all. It sounds like an air compressor running when it turns on. No restful sleep to be had. Then to add icing on the cake let's decide to renovate the upstairs room from mine at 2:30 to interrupt my afternoon nap. Other than that most everything has been well. But it's still early, have 3 more nights to see how it goes.

old hotel but for the price much more you can not ask for, has an outdoor pool and an indoor one, nothing of luxury here. The room is small.
The hotel is well located and there are many restaurants around. In the hotel they offer breakfast
