Very good experience loved every minute amazing will come back again

Fantastic. Took my children when they were small and now as teenagers they still want to go back.

Not bad for what it is, smaller than expected but very educational and fun for kids. Cafe has decent prices and quite a few choices.

What a wonderful place! They have everything you'd dream to see and they are all well-maintained and fed by some amazing, beautiful people! It's a must-see aquarium :) They have penguins, snakes, spiders, sharks, fish, axolotls, bugs and lots of plants.

Christmas meal at the two rivers restaurant. Lovely food and party

Had a fantastic day there. Loved every second of it and so did this little girl. Good price for entry and a lovely walk around.

Incredible place. Fascinating with plenty to do and see! I could spend an entire day here. The price is also really reasonable considering you get a pass to come back free for an entire year.

Amazing day out, learnt so much about fish and aqauatic life. Lovely food in cafe. The only dissapointment was the loud kids running around which meant we missed some of the info in the feeding show.

We really enjoyed the experience. Took a bit over an hour at a reasonable place. Some really huge fish in some tanks.

Visited on the train. No regular public transport to the Deep. Surprisingly small place with not much to see. A few large tanks not much else. Far too dark inside and nobody around to answer questions. Looks run down and shabby. Some exhibits broken or empty.

I personally think the place is a touch expensive, parking is not free and considering the money to get in a lot of exhibitions are broken

Amazing place. You pay once and go as many times as you like for a year. Just being improved and now has sharks, penguins and turtles.

Fantastic day out. Lots to see and a opportunities to handle some creatures.
Really relaxing place despite being busy. Reasonable prices in cafe and plenty of choice. One family ticket gets you free entry for a year, so great value.

I haven't been to the Deep for many years and it has changed a fair amount from how I remember it. Very good activities for kids and adults.

Had an amazing time seeing the different fish & penguins, was a little concerned that it would be too busy but it is well managed on time allocation. Cafe is fantastic & well organised too.

So far the best oceanarium I've ever seen. Unfortunately, Gdynia is one billion years back. A great route, many nice attractions, and new exhibitions have arrived since the last visit. Fantastic!

A great day out with amazing fish in huge tanks. I did think the penguin enclosure was rather small and the penguins looked bored with nothing to stimulate them. Cafe was okay with wonderful views over the Number.

I'd always wanted to visit The Deep but may be I was expecting too much.. it didn't have the "wow" factor I was expecting. The main tank wasn't clear, very cloudy..even the lady presenting said she'd never seen it like this before. A bit underwhelmed.

Had a great time. Parking lot out front is small but I imagine that there are more places to park nearby within a 5-10 minute walk. The inside flow was nice and there is plenty to see and do. The live demonstrations were a good distraction and made the price of admission worthwhile. The food court is good for a hot meal and prices are affordable.

Expected to see a bit more sealife then the walls,walls an more walls and videous.

Penguins are a good attraction but it does seem quite sparse in fish variety and available viewing space. Some items always seem in repair, in need of updating i think.

Kids love it. Loads to see. Not quite a full day. Plenty to do from there and can walk to good pubs and food. Have to pay for parking.

A brilliant place to go with the kids, been many times before and thoroughly enjoyed it once again.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, great food. Unfortunately on this occasion the cafe was a right mess, food all over the floor.
Would be a 5 if it was clean.

Another Xmas do at The Deep. Can't fault it really. Good service, nice food...what's not to like?

It was an overnight stay with a group of children. Very well organised and children loved it.

Just earned it's 5th star for installing a fully hoisted changing facility for disabled people.

Great way to kill a few hours, plenty of interesting exhibits. It's worth it just to see the biggest tank, which has some massive fish in it, and holds 2.5 million litres of water and 85 tonnes of salt.
There could be more information about the fish in the tank in my opinion.

Great place to entertain the kids. Lots to see and learn about. Had lunch in the halfway cafe. Food was nice. I had the Cajun bean pastry and it was delicious. The offer for the kids lunch was reasonably priced and had a good range of options to choose from. Everywhere was clean. We had our baby in the pram and The Deep was easy to move around using the lifts and ramps. The team members were all friendly and professional.

The Deep is a lovely aquarium which has great activities for the family and a wide variety of sea creatures. It has a restaurant which is clean and serves nice food, however the layout where the customers collect their food and pay for it need changing as it is too small. The gift shop is incredible with lots of different gifts to choose from and they are priced for conservation, not for profit.

We went for our twins' first birthday. They loved it, as did our older kids, and the year pass makes it a bargain!

Enjoyable day out for all the family would be nice to see a few more interactive areas throughout, cafe area was a little disappointing the food looked dry and not apatising at all

Lovely aquarium. Not too big, but interesting. There was some craft activities for kids for 50p.

I had an excellent few hours here. The cafe and souvenir shop are excellent too.

Great place to visit educational if you have any children.

As a carer I took a disabled person to The Deep he enjoyed the visit. He had good access and was able to see all the exhibits.

Loved this aquarium! It had an amazing amount of sea life and it was really good value for money. I'm coming again so my friend can also visit.

I think you could tell that on a rainy day in Hull there isn't much to do as this place was packed! Quite expensive for what it is, quite a lot of walking with young children so we were happy to see a cafe halfway and were willing to pay whatever over priced food they had, but it wasn't even open! The big tank of fish & sharks etc is the only real attraction, nice enough but only the same as many other places like this.

Amazing place, kids loved it. So did we. We went twice in a weekend because its free to go back within the year. Because of that it made it even better value for money. Would recommend a visit.

Must visit in Hull. Very child friendly and great exhibits.

Excellent day out with the family, lots of stuff to see, educational and lots of the 'wow' factor too ! Great that you can use the tickets anytime over the next 12 months after your first visit, we will definitely be going back there to see it all again.

Nice day out. The ratio of interactive exhibits to tanks is a bit high though.

Had a great day, and with the long parking time we had a chance to walk into Hull. Well laid out with some great aquariums very knowledgeable staff.
