Great experience, friendly staff and excellent facilities

Very nice place,every time discover new things.Good for nice and bad weather. Good for kids, adults and seniors ,good for everybody!!!

Very crowded difficult to see much but that's only during off-school hours, nice variation of wildlife to see along with a couple decent sized cafes

Enjoyed it expensive but u can go again if you keep your tickets

Great place to take this kids but with a 10 month old this really showed an Achilles heel today, poor poor changing facilities, in one of the toilets the changing table was installed above the sinks!!..... in the other next to the hand dryer!! Some serious upgrades needed

Really interesting place for all the family staff helpful and the aquarium is amazing

This is the only subquarium in the UK and they keep adding all the time pay once and it's free for rest of the year you carnt get better value then that and there is always events on so something for all ages

Had to almost drag the kids out when it was time to go, they enjoyed it so much and could easily have spent all day there. Educational and well laid out, knowledgeable staff and great emphasis on the conservation and environmental aspects

I wasnt there but my 2 year old grandaughter spilt hot water over her leg... the response and treatment from the staff without doubt made her unjury far less severe....thankyou from the bottom of our hearts

Amazing place whether you're a family a couple or on your own! Lots and lots of fish to look at, not to mention the huge glass section and the elevator!! Good gift shop and great cafe!!

Excellent for the money and an excellent day out not too long but not too short either covid measures are great and doesn't detract from the experience infact in some respects it makes it better

Good but limited. Penguins are a star attraction, along with the green sawfish. Well worth a visit and decent price - order in advanced for a discount. Came from York for the deep and was worth the trip.

What a fun day! So many different sea creatures. Staff were great very helpful and always smiling. Toilets were always clean. Good day to go on a Monday. Restaurant was excellent plenty of choices. Coffee were fantastic. Will definitely be back soon. Also tickets are valid for a year. Perfect!!

We went during school and covid so it was a great time to go , hardly any1 there and just took our time and saw everything very nice n pleasant place if u like fish even saw Nemo!!

Brilliant day my little one really enjoyed seeing 'under the sea' up close, the entry price gives you free entry all year. Definately coming back ;)

Brilliant value. The adult ticket allows access for a year. Ill definitely be visiting again. Loved the sharks and manta rays.

Too many interactive exhibits and photos of fish, than actual fish

Really enjoyed ourselves! Although i have a 3 yr old & a little girl who's 4 they didn't seem to enjoy as much as the older children we saw the tanks are pretty small too definitely not what we were expecting & for older children definitely x but and all round fun day x

The Deep under sells itself. It recommends a couple of hours - to see everything and watch the feeds definitely takes more than two hours. Staff very knowledgeable about The Deep and the River Humber. Large spaces to view what is happening, More

Nice place specially for kids who want to enjoy the sea life and those who want to watch the sea creatures closer .

Absolutely loved it. It us worth reading the website first for admission discount, car park information and best times to visit.
There is a great selection if animals, we particularly loved the penguins, sting rays and shark tank. There are members of staff feeding animals, giving announcements and guidance.
It's easy to follow a route to see everything.
It's atmospheric, clean, crowded in places but we didn't really struggle with the pram. The gift shop is at the end which had a huge variety of soft toys plus other bits.
There is a cafe, picnic area and soft play for little ones also.
Highly recommended.

If you like your fish and insects then you will love the deep

Great day out that killed 2-3 hours. Exhibits are breathtaking. Great for the kids. The food was good and vg value for money. Ticket valid for 12 months. The three-quid parking charge is a farce especially when ya need change for the Humber Bridge toll otherwise would ve rated five-stars.

We visited in school holidays so was busy (to be expected) but still got to see most of what we wanted to. We did miss a section out because it wasn't signed properly but overall worth a visit!

A thoroughly enjoy place to visit.
Took our 2 year old granddaughter, who absolutely loved the whole experience.

It's a non profit aquarium center for public and it's a conservation place for aquatic animals.

Well worth a visit , friendly guides happy to talk to you about the exhibits , we come to regularly, always something different to see and find , all fish look well cared for , always a pleasure to visit.

Had dinner here at the Two Rivers Restaurant - thoroughly enjoyable to eat amongst the fish

Longer than you think,worth the money,not as big as Plymouth aquarium but a solid 4 in my book.

Had a fantastic Xmas meal in an incredible setting. Sat besides two huge aquarium tanks it's quite the venue.

Brilliant price. Amazing fish. Loads to see and read. And little interactive games for children.

Great place for the kids. We only spend a couple hours here at most though. Tickets last the entire once paid for which is fantastic
