UnityLA restaurant at the Hyatt Regency LAX has a slammin 16oz bone in ribeye, juicy, flavorful and cooked to perfection! Additionally, the seared scallops were unbelievable, on a bed of cooked apples & tomatoes! We also had the Korean sticky ribs (unfortunately didn t get a picture) and they were just as amazing as the rest of the meal. Great place to eat with great food, service and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.
They also have a great breakfast buffet with a really large and delicious selection of items.

We have a 2 beds room and it's nice! We can see planes landing and taking off from our room!! It's well isolated because we don't hear noises causes by planes. Beautiful hotel! The staff are lovely and helpful. The food is great but it's a little bit pricey (like 2$ for a banana, seriously?). If I came back to L.A. I would come back here.

Contemporary, shockingly quiet, personable staff, comfortable. This was an affordable surprise. There are numerous little touches that make them effortlessly livable. Stay here if you're in LA for any reason.

Great hotel to stay overnight in order to be close to the airport to catch your flight. Very contemporary, nice and clean, great outdoor pool with warm water. Double windows so there's absolutely no noise from the airport or the road.

Beautiful hotel. Lobby is large with a lot of different seating options. Hotel front desk staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Social distancing is maintained and there are security guards around to remind everyone to wear their masks correctly. Their cafe is pricey but the food is fresh and delicious. The cafe staff are friendly and helpful. Room I stayed in was large and very clean. Halls quiet all the time. Elevators were fast and always working. Walk in shower in room. Their ice machines are shut down due to covid buy the cafe will give you ice upon request. The free shuttle to and from the airport is such a great feature. I was here for two weeks with my medical staffing agency and I definitely recommend this hotel. Only negative I can say about this hotel is they do not have laundry services or a washer and dryer. I stayed for two weeks and it would have been nice to have been able to do some laundry without having to leave the hotel. I always felt safe walking outside around the hotel.

Hyatt regency LAX is quite near to the airport, one of the best choice near the LA airport. They have Airport connection every 15mins .rooms are nice , food is ok. You can get a nice view of runway from the rooms.

The customer service at this hotel is surprisingly poor. The internet access wasn't working in my room; I complained about it but nothing was done.

When I checked out, I mentioned the problem figuring that the night clerk would give me a 5 or 10% discount for my inconvenience. Instead, she was incredibly hostile, insisting that I should have complained (even though I actually had complained) and refused to give me any kind of discount. Her English was really bad, and it was hard to tell if she was pretending not to understand me or if she actually didn't understand me.

I later attempted to contact the hotel manager and the Hyatt national number and was repeatedly promised calls back, but did not receive them. In my view, that's ridiculous. Any reputable hotel should have a person in a position of authority who responds promptly to guest issues. In this hotel, apparently, nobody is responsible for anything.

Furthermore, it's common sense that if the hotel doesn't provide you with the services you were promised, you should promptly receive a modest discount with an apology -- not a hostile rebuff.

After the most recent failure to contact me, I finally lost patience with Hyatt and requested a full refund. We'll see what happens.

The closest hotel to the terminals at LAX. Totally walkable but shuttles are constantly running as well. Renovated rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are modern though the flimsy roll-up door is questionable at best. No function, all form. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for a reasonable rate.

Nice rooms, 24/7 convenience food store, 24/7 room service, easy access to sites, shopping and places of interest via Uber/Lyft/Taxi/Bus or car rental. Great brunch in hotel restaurant.

The guy over at Valet at night time has a horrible attitude.. he started screaming at my Uber driver for picking me up in front of hotel . He is so bitter they need to put him somewhere else makes Hyatt look bad

As of 1-22-2017 they are on the tail end of a remodel phase. The rooms are fresh and modern. The fitness center has good equipment and excellent views from the top floor. You can watch the takeoff and arrivals of the south complex of LAX. Staff was very attentive and competent.

I was pleasantly surprised by this airport hotel. The rooms were very clean and it had been all refurbished recently. The Hyatt club rooms were really nice.
It is obviously very convenient if you have just flown in or are about to leave. Loads of airline staff stay there and the breakfast starts really early to match the early flights. Breakfast was really good.

Stylish hotel super close to the airport? Yes please! The in-house dining was good with healthy choices. Airport shuttle streamlines getting there. Going to be staying there again on a layover in a few months.

Location right by the airport is good for a quick trip to LA. Room was okay. It looks pretty modern but the bathroom door doesn't lock. Also the bathroom door was a sliding door but wasn't aligned correctly. Carpet and bed sheets felt kind off sticky. Not sure if it's because of the material they are made of but they didn't feel very soft either.

Did not have a good stay here. People at the desk seem clueless at times. We had a bellhop hold our luggage because our flight was early and we couldn t check into the room. They then lost our luggage. The rooms were subpar. Oh really frustrating when your suitcase gets lost in the hotel. You expect that out of an airline not a hotel

Delivers the goods as a functional big box. Given that it is literally at the end of the runway, it is surprisingly quiet.
New swimming pool, but don't plan your vacation here!
Recently renovated rooms.

near to airport with shuttle service 24/7. Clean rooms and good amenities like a fully equipped gym, minus the barbells. Parking is not free so do take note, they have a public carpark besides the hotel. 22/night for self parking.

Great hotel. Highly recommend. Nice aesthetics, fantastic service...which is what sets it apart from the others. Every employee I encountered was so polite and professional. Plus they have a fantastic restaurant called Unity. Best hotel food ever! They source their food from local sustainable sources.

Convenient 10 minute walk from terminal. Very friendly concierge. Complimentary shuttle bus to and from airport but driver will ask for tips rudely. Nice and quiet. The backout blinds were appreciated. Carpet had dirt stains. Wifi was terrible. Dirty sock and garbage found in room.

The room was beautiful, modern, and clean. The TV in the room is very large, but the channel lineup they give you is wrong so you can't even use it for your planning. Parking was via the large structure behind it that is shared with airport parking and was very manageable. Getting in and out was easy.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency about a block away from the Los Angeles International Airport for six days around the new years' period. Upon my checkout, I confirmed my credit card details and paid. I was informed by the lady who was attending to me that I would be emailed my receipt / proof of payment and loyalty points; to which I will have not received my receipt nor details for loyalty points. I went on the website and requested my receipt several times, the website has this functionality, and it was to no avail as I still have not received any receipt nor have I been contacted by anyone from the Hyatt. This is such a poor and absolutely pathetic display of administration as a so-called "world-renowned" hotel brand can't even follow through with basic competency tasks. I will definitely not stay at the Hyatt again, whether it be in the United States or globally anymore. Additionally, I will inform my friends, business associates, colleagues and social media community to do the same and boycott the Hyatt!!!

We had a great check in early. Some of the staff members made my stay exceptional. It started with Josna on the front desk and then with Cairo in regency club. They are really putting a lot of effort to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable. Views of LAX from the gym is superb and it is just 10 mins walk from famous IN-N-OUT spoting location. Room and hotel are also greatly equipped for both a business or leisure stay!

Great hotel. Great staff. Great location (8-10 minute walk to airport). I had a standard king bed room (10th floor). It is very spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was spacious as well with plenty of vanity space. The shower was nice (could have used a little more water pressure, if I'm being picky). Room service for dinner was prompt and pretty decent for room service food. I did not dine at either of the restaurants, but they looked busy. You can obviously hear planes taking off overhead but, for me, I didn't even realize it after a little while. Seems like they must have done a remodel in the last 5ish years. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was a breeze... I'm so bad with names, wish I could give a shoutout to the guy that brought our luggage up and the check-in counter woman. Both sooo pleasant and warm and NICE.
The room is great. Clean, comfortable, modern, and has a cool view of LAX. Being as to how this is where I spent my final night in LA after 9 yrs living here, it was quite fitting.
WIFI speed is great.
Bathroom was brightly lit and I loved the shower... drains always freak me out, so I loved the fact it was hidden from view .
GREAT pillows.
Best hotel by LAX for sure.
OH AND THE FOOD!
Amazing. We had the steak frites, burger, and steak tacos... all perfectly cooked and served up by another excellent staff member at the bar.

Can't say enough nice things about the staff!

Relatively large and comfortable pieces. Good bed. Considering how close to the airport, surprise the tranquility in the feet

This hotel now charges an early check-in fee of $100 if you want to check-in before official arrival time of 3:00pm. Do not patronize a hotel trying out this new fee opportunity. Hyatt has lost my business forever more.

Great location but Im sure you can get a better shower at the local Motel 8, not only the water pressure was incredibly week the actual shower was smaller than a matchbox. Perhaps they forgot that one of the reason you stop by is to take a decent shower.
Additionally, even though they receive guests in transit from the airport 24/7 the do not have room service after 11pm....
You pay for a certain standard and you get way bellow your expectations.
