Overall: Great Experience, would stay again when in the LAX area.

Pros: Right beside the airport with free frequent shuttle bus to LAX, clean and nicely decorated hotel and rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. Even the soaps and lotions were great and high quality like everything else.

Cons: Nothing really. It's a slight bit far away from the rest of the city but most major attractions and things to do are about a 30 mins Uber ride away.

I stayed here with my wife and had a great time from start to finish. There was a bit of an issue when leaving but Nathan (head of Security) worked with us even after we left and flew back to Toronto to get it resolved.

Keep up the great work guys! Definitely a 5 star experience.
