We had a very good experience doing business with the Carpet Guys.
Anis was our sales representative and he did an excellent job educating us on the different selections of carpet that would work nicely in our home and explained what carpet would wear better in high traffic areas. He wasn t pushy but very knowledgeable and honest about their products and a pleasure to work with.
Gus and Miguel installed our carpeting in every room and closet in our home. They worked so hard from morning till evening and refused to take a single break. Gus did an outstanding job on our winding staircase! We had so much furniture that needed to be moved and they were extra careful not to scratch or damage anything.
Thank you for your attention to detail and for cleaning up and hauling out all our old carpet and padding without leaving a mess behind.
Our freshly carpeted home looks absolutely beautiful! We would definitely recommend this company and enjoyed doing business with you!

When Daniel arrived for my appointment he was on time and prepared. He listened to what I wanted and made suggestions to make it happen. I was very happy with what he helped me select and have been very happy ever since it was installed . Mario and his wife came to install the new flooring. It was a big job ,three bedrooms in one day but they managed to get it done .They were very professional in how they handled the rooms, took the old carpet to the garbage pickup area for me. They also moved a couple of dressers and then they moved them back they were very polite and they did an excellent job. I can't say how nice they were. I'm very pleased with the job that I received, and how polite and helpful the people were and how they really worked with me to make this a reality for me.Thank you so much carpet guys for being so professional and and making it possible for me to afford. First time using Carpet Guys, couldn't be happier. Our sales rep Tyler was fantastic, really took the time to explain all the differences between carpets and advantages of each for our specific needs. Very honest and upfront about pricing without being pushy as some other companies or sales people. Highly recommend talking to Tyler if flooring is what you need.
Our installer Sergio was exceptional as well. Proper warning in the morning with precise promptness. Worked fast and efficient to get the job done. Job site was left clean, no issues thus far from us. Great experience overall!

Sales guy was the best, went above and beyond. Chose a gray color from a sample board. However, the carpet that was installed didn't match the color sample I chose. The sample square was gray, chose it from my livingroom. Carpet installed in that same room I viewed the sample in is BLUE. My sales guy even came back out to take pics to compare. He sent pictures to his manager. I get a call a few days later stating they looked at the "roll" in stock and compared it to the sample and it was the same..... hmmmm. The only option they had to "make it right" was to charge me TWO THOUSAND MORE DOLLARS to install different carpet..... WOW!!

I truly enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. Tyler was our salesman and he made us feel very relaxed from the moment he entered our home.

He was very knowledgeable of the product, shared with us his experience as once being an installer himself, and his transition to sales. we had originally chose to do business with another company and told him we wished we could do business with the Carpet Guys.

We ultimately declined the other deal, and chose to go with the carpet guys, and it was the best decision. Would definitely do business with them again. The installation was great, but they were late, but full disclosure, they had copied the wrong number on the order and the installers called promptly as they promised, it was just to another person...Lol.

We can't say enough good things about our experience. From Joe our salesman, who provided tons of information about their products. No high pressure tactics just easy shopping at home. Our vinyl floor installer, Mario Jr. and his partner did a great job. They were very professional and friendly. Fantastic Job Guys! And then Ron and his partner who installed our carpet could not have been any friendlier, courteous and helpful. They helped move furniture out and then back in to the bedrooms after the installation (three bedrooms in about two hours, was amazingly fast! They carted out the old carpet and took it with them. All we had to do was enjoy our new carpet. We would recommend The Carpet Guys to everyone. Great Price, Great Installations and Great Products. FIVE STARS FOR THE CARPET GUYS!

The entire process from start to finish was fantastic. John, the salesperson, was quick, honest and transparent. He didn't try to up sell or pressure me. After that great experience Sam came to perform the install. His team was efficient and professional. I had all the carpet ripped out on the second floor and installed a beautiful laminate, amazingly enough that was all done in a day. Then another team came out to put carpet on the stairs and that was just as smooth. Will be using them again in the future. See pics. Ignore the wood trim and white molding, it's being painted.

These guys work hard, do a great job and have a great time while doing it. Every question was answered on point and followed up with that s why you chose the best . Sergio, John and George were fantastic. I don t think I ll ever look for another carpet company.

I am so happy I chose The Carpet Guys! From the beginning it was a great experience (my first time buying new carpet!). The salesman Robert was amazing. He answered all my questions and helped me weigh all my options. Gus and his partner came out today to install the master bedroom carpet and I couldn't be more pleased with their work! Gus even went above and beyond taking my old dressed to the street for me! Thank you guys so much, I appreciate it! Haha, like they say "a picture is worth a thousand words"!

***UPDATED REVIEW*** Gave one more star because they did refund me for the plumber plus a little extra without a hassle. Still be aware of getting anything other than carpet. Shop around, talk to people you know about other places too.

Don't bother with this company. Thought I was doing a good thing by going with a family owned local company over a big box store that I dealt with previously. BIG MISTAKE! The carpet installers were great, hence the 2 stars, but the laminate flooring installers were awful. Day after the install, I noticed my toilet leaking that they removed and put back. I called immediately and was told they would try to get a hold of the installer to have them come back. 2 days later, I called again. Was told the installer knew that when going over existing flooring, the toilet gets raised so it needs a different seal. None of this was communicated with me prior to install even when I talked to the person who called to remind of my appointment. I specifically asked them if I needed to remove the toilet. They said no, the installers would do that. This would have been the perfect time to tell me that I would need a new wax seal but nope. The installer refused to come fix the issue because he didn't feel "comfortable" fixing it because he isn't a plumber. I now had to get my own plumber and pay another $200 for something these guys did incorrectly. Trying to get reimbursed for the plumber. I don't have real high hopes that this will happen though. Can't trust any company these days!!
