Sales guy was the best, went above and beyond. Chose a gray color from a sample board. However, the carpet that was installed didn't match the color sample I chose. The sample square was gray, chose it from my livingroom. Carpet installed in that same room I viewed the sample in is BLUE. My sales guy even came back out to take pics to compare. He sent pictures to his manager. I get a call a few days later stating they looked at the "roll" in stock and compared it to the sample and it was the same..... hmmmm. The only option they had to "make it right" was to charge me TWO THOUSAND MORE DOLLARS to install different carpet..... WOW!!
