First time using Carpet Guys, couldn't be happier. Our sales rep Tyler was fantastic, really took the time to explain all the differences between carpets and advantages of each for our specific needs. Very honest and upfront about pricing without being pushy as some other companies or sales people. Highly recommend talking to Tyler if flooring is what you need.
Our installer Sergio was exceptional as well. Proper warning in the morning with precise promptness. Worked fast and efficient to get the job done. Job site was left clean, no issues thus far from us. Great experience overall!
