I truly enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. Tyler was our salesman and he made us feel very relaxed from the moment he entered our home.

He was very knowledgeable of the product, shared with us his experience as once being an installer himself, and his transition to sales. we had originally chose to do business with another company and told him we wished we could do business with the Carpet Guys.

We ultimately declined the other deal, and chose to go with the carpet guys, and it was the best decision. Would definitely do business with them again. The installation was great, but they were late, but full disclosure, they had copied the wrong number on the order and the installers called promptly as they promised, it was just to another person...Lol.
