***UPDATED REVIEW*** Gave one more star because they did refund me for the plumber plus a little extra without a hassle. Still be aware of getting anything other than carpet. Shop around, talk to people you know about other places too.

Don't bother with this company. Thought I was doing a good thing by going with a family owned local company over a big box store that I dealt with previously. BIG MISTAKE! The carpet installers were great, hence the 2 stars, but the laminate flooring installers were awful. Day after the install, I noticed my toilet leaking that they removed and put back. I called immediately and was told they would try to get a hold of the installer to have them come back. 2 days later, I called again. Was told the installer knew that when going over existing flooring, the toilet gets raised so it needs a different seal. None of this was communicated with me prior to install even when I talked to the person who called to remind of my appointment. I specifically asked them if I needed to remove the toilet. They said no, the installers would do that. This would have been the perfect time to tell me that I would need a new wax seal but nope. The installer refused to come fix the issue because he didn't feel "comfortable" fixing it because he isn't a plumber. I now had to get my own plumber and pay another $200 for something these guys did incorrectly. Trying to get reimbursed for the plumber. I don't have real high hopes that this will happen though. Can't trust any company these days!!
