The box for transporting mini-cupcakes was adorable hot pink, and had built in holders, but was not at all reliable. I tried to be very careful with my 2 boxes of mini-cupcakes but they are so top-heavy, over half of them tipped over on my short trip home, and I had to fix the icing on them. I ordered the maple bacon mini-cupcakes for a brunch (such a cute idea for a cupcake!!) and the cupcakes themselves tasted fine, as did the icing, but the bacon slices in them tasted like cardboard. They LOOKED great, but had zero bacon flavor. Additionally, I think it is tacky to request a tip which is how I perceive the "Choose an option" choice given at the cash register, whereby the only thing you are "choosing" is your tip amount, or "no gratuity." Making the customer do this is not good customer service, although I am sure it works for you as some probably tip just to avoid embarrassment. I am normally a very generous tipper, but in this case, there was no service offered me, as I ordered them online myself, and I showed up to pick them up and pay for them. The mini-cupcakes themselves were approximately $1.50 each, so I think that is plenty of padding, without requesting a tip on top of that. For my money, Publix makes a much tastier petit four, which I will go back to, for brunch and shower treats. All of your cupcakes are adorable, very well named and decorated, but only 2 stars, because they are not a good value, taste- wise are nothing extraordinary, and I didn't like the tip request.
