Their icing is great but they use box mix to make their cakes, while acting like it's made from scratch and pricing it like it's made from scratch. I wouldn't care that it's a box mix if they priced their stuff a little better because it doesn't taste bad or anything. But I can make an entire batch of cupcakes at home for the same price as two of their cupcakes and they'd basically taste the same.
