This was not my first time getting a cake from them but it is the first time that I have been very, very disappointed in the product and service. I ask for a white/white Birthday Cake and they could decorate it with cute lettering and something pretty for older person
The cake was white with pink icing and ugly blue lettering and confetti.
I left heart broken and I didn't feel like the representative cared that the $40 cake was not pleasing to me
