Ordered cake a month in advance, cake was beautiful, cake came in box shown in pic , wooden sticks with duck tape holding thin box together. Day of pickup it was raining , cake got wet do to thin plastic, wrapped over cake. Arrived at restaurant embarrassed walking though to be seated with a duck taped box. By the time cake made it to the table it had fell apart. Spoke with Mr. Moon, owner he came up with every excuse in the world, he stated cake boxes are expensive, then stated they ran out but next time he will find a way to include cake box in price. Mr. Moon snuck on my Facebook , he stated the cake looked fine at the restaurant sitting on the table but the spy on my Facebook page didn t know I took the picture from home the minute I picked up the cake. No way a owner should go back and forth with a customer, claim your fault and keep it moving, at the end Mr. Moon offered a 50.00 gift card, no thanks use it towards cake boxes and professional skills.
