Good gallery, exhibit I saw was by Hokusai, lots of art to view, but was a bit of a queue when I went so a lot of shuffling around. Great variety of works though as well as informative panels for each. And full gift shop with some quirky ideas

Poor crowd management for a venue of its class. Arrive 15 minutes ahead of a show to make it to your seat before doors close. Allow more time if you want to buy a drink or snack. Queues for toilets can be long at peak times. It takes 15 minutes to exit the venue after a large show due to crowding.

If you have to remember one thing: upon arrival, go downstairs, that's where everything is

I'm not really into art or an art expert but it was a REALLY good experience and since it was free it was even better. I went during the Andy Warhol- Ai Weiwei(Dec 2015-Apr 2016) & Triennial exhibiton(Dec 2017- Apr 2018). A great range of things to see and the galleries were stunning and very quiet which was very calming. Since there is so much to see, I would suggest to go there early morning so you can take your time walking around. Taking public transport is the best way to get there in my opinion since taking the car is such a hassle especially to find parking.

We were given tickets to Evita as a gift from our daughter in UK. An excellent show however she also gave us vouchers for a popcorn each and a soft drink. She payed a total of $34 for 2 bags of popcorn and 2 soft drinks easily purchased from Woolworths at total of $10. How can a 300% markup be justified ???

A fantastic art museum with cutting edge exhibits. It is great for family and all ages. I loved the smellscape. There is a large outdoor space that would be great for a picnic. I would love to go back.

Much bigger than I expected, allow 2-3 hours for a 'quick' look around. Some fantastic exhibits without the modern art-esque MONA vibes. Well layed out and perfect for the whole family. Absolutely worth a look if you're in Melbourne.

I'm a regular visitor to the Arts Center and have been for many years. There's always something interesting and engaging with a very diverse range of events to choose from. A number of different venues that show off each event to its best. Great, engaging staff and world class performers make this place the "beating heart" of cultural Melbourne.

As a visitor from sydney i enjoy art galleries of each city i go to, this was good, only downside was discount for seniors only on Wednesdays. That is not fair, to us seniors. It should be the whole week. The cost was very high.

Just a well executed, thoughtfully designed and we'll.managed performing arts centre. There's no such thing as a bad seat in any of the theatres we've sat it.

The staff are warm, efficient and welcoming, ticketing staff are super helpful with even the most challenging problems.

The catering is excellent, food presented well and tastes great, again the service is efficient and thoughtful. The bars and food service are geared to deal with large crowds, quickly. You can even pre order your snacks and drinks for intermission.
