They close 5:55 on a Sunday, not 6:00 if ur in a rush. All I wanted was Levi 510 32/32 yet they had closed early. I got to Carnaby Street on that for closing time they still let me in to buy them; the difference between good customer service and bad customer service, from the same company with shops 5 minutes apart.
Most of the jeans are too high to reach and there aren't enough staff to help get them down using the ladder.
Found my perfect Jacket I've been looking extensively. Micheal has been of great help, pofessional and personal. Cheers

Although I love the clothing from Levis, I was DISGUSTED by one of the workers by the name of Tracy. She was blonde with i think a welsh accent. I overheard her being extremely rude to multiple other customers and her staff. The rest of the team were absolutely lovely and helped me pick out the perfect pair of jeans!! I suggest this Tracy to go on a crash course on how to treat and speak to people. It costs nothing to be polite. She really ruined the experience for me. I could also see other customers outraged by her manor, so I know I'm not the only one who noticed.
Lots of choice. Staff not the sharpest knives in the draw though. Looked to be loosing sales as they chatted amongst themselves. Could do better.

I received really bad customer service. Overall the person that saved me was not confident in their job and didn't seem that happy to serve me, maybe because of the lack of knowledge I had of the company and what I wanted to purchase. I was really looking forward to buying some good quality jeans but it all went down hill. I just didn't feel comfortable when been served. Really disappointed to standard that is set by the brand...
Levis is my favourite jeans store the jeans are good quality beautiful fitting and the staff are always welcoming and polite well recommended to anyone who wears quality jeans
I really like Levis and chose to go to this store because it's the biggest so presumed it would have a good selection of sizes for the style I wanted. Wrong! Anyhow that I could have dealt with, but the staff were so unhelpful. Not a smile between them. Just so lacking in customer service - no desire to be helpful. Really disappointing experience today.
Waiting outside for hours to get jordan x levi s shoes, told won t be opening today because of bad organisation!!!!!!! Terrible service!!!!!How can you not be ready for such a big event!!!!
