River Island Flagship store Oxford ST London Review

I was sent the wrong item online and the store wouldn t let me exchange it! Very frustrating

Nothing stands out or catches your eyes. Very basic colours and clothing. It's like walking through the shop, but with a blinfold that makes products disappear!

Clothes are reasonable. It s not exactly designer though, is it?! You can tell that they re made by someone in a sweat shop which is a shame really. Front of house looked very lovely so I thought I d have a look inside and divert from my usual shopping spots but I was thoroughly disappointed. Only thing that s getting it three stars is the front of house, the price of clothes (which is too much for what they are) and the customer service.

I personally had a poor experience due to the lack of customer service. No attendants present to answer questions, help find items and open the change room doors

A very spacious well laid out store broken over two levels.

Superb shop in Oxford Street London. Ideal for shopping and finding original things. I go there 3/4 times a year and I am never disappointed.

Love their clothes. My daughter likes them too. The quality of the item is very good and their items last ages. The style is casual to chic.

It's a great brand for products... but this place is pretty appalling. Ordered a pair of jeans, came in to collect them, only to find they'd given them to some random person who they clearly hadn't ID checked. Re-ordered the same jeans again, collected them, got home and found they'd ordered the wrong size for me, despite me saying several times.

Pretty bad.

Some of the things are on the pricey side but they often have great deals

This chain of stores has a unique and high quality line of clothes with very good prices I recommend it

staff far to busy trying to swap shifts, looking at their phone or looking at the floor to actually get served. No chance if you want to ask a question or try some shoes in a size. Ran by people more focused on getting through a shift without doing anything other than socialise

I love this brand . I brought a cap few days ago and the cap is very nice but I don t like the staffs behaviour. She served my cap in a very small bag my cap wasn t even going fit on the bag .when I ask for a bigger bag she made her face . In spite of that I love the clothes and the decoration of the shop

Big shop, separate floors for female and male/kids cloth.

I loved the way staff were helping me by trying to locate my purchase on line.

This is usually the place I go for an affordable smart casual jacket, where you can get it for around 50 - 60 pounds, and quality is quite superior.

I adore the clothes from them. by far very good quality. the same footwear. but i am very sorry that a fool stole my friend's phone and no one wanted to check cctv to see if it happened there.
I asked a manager to leave there my phone number and call me in case found out. but she briefly replied that the phone is not there.

Good service. Nice and clean shop. I bought a jumpsuit. Excellent textile. Very comfortable. I love it.

Not cheap and some of the range (especially shirts) has gone a bit downhill in the last couple of years.

But overall quality is good and it still has good stylish options.

Well it would be one star, but luckily for you I was desperate for a shirt and I got one so I suppose I can raise it to 2. Improve the men's shoes department, Please! That pathetic excuse for a shoe department almost brought a tear to my eye. The clothes were sub-standard for River Island; needs work guys.

Decent quality clothes and lots to choose from fir men and women's.

Like their stuff. They are not too expensive. Staff is quite efficient.
