We stayed in the Capitol Suite, which was excellent. The room had a nice balcony, lounge area, soaking tub & shower, comfortable bed, and complimentary snacks and drinks. We were pleasantly surprised to return from dinner to find the shades closed, fresh towels, ice water, and nighttime chocolates. Overall we had a great stay. The only downside was the expensive overnight parking. We opted to park elsewhere. All staff members were accommodating and friendly.

Really liked this property. Seriously, the in room snacks were such a nice touch, and seems a silly thing to mention, but I travel a lot and that really stuck out. They were good snacks too!

Will absolutely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

This place is simply hands down the best hotel I ve ever been too! From Fire (restaurant) to the amazing guest services. I ve stayed multiple times here and every time Greg has checked me in and he is super knowledgeable about everything on property as well in town. Thanks for always making my stay start amazingly!! Business world needs more people like you.

The Rooftop bar is on the East side of the building. So if you're hoping for a view of the Denver Art Museum, or of the sunset (or even of the mountains), this place is not the place for you.

nice design, but they cannot provide basic services expected of an business hotel. I arrived at 1pm, and given my room at 3pm..their check-in time. fair enough. but when I asked to have my suits pressed and returned before the next morning, the hotel said they could not.

Excellent staff from my late night arrival Monday until checking out today. Awesome pieces around the building. Great rooms with awesome decor. Staying here is an experience, not just a place to sleep.

I would like to reiterate my compliments to the staff: from the doorman to the housekeepers.

At unique and art-full properties throughout the world like Art, the hotel it is the team members who go above and beyond with expertise, energy, and kindness that truly make the property notable and full of life. There are a few team members I wish I could rate a 5.0...!!! The professional, warm, caring team members make a difference, and should train a few others. The energy in any hotel outweighs everything else. The rooms are designed nicely, but even more important at this time is the hotel is providing good COVID 19 direction, care, and services. The location is convenient for us as we go back and forth to National Jewish Health for medical care. Great patio on fourth floor allows spaced outdoor spaces dining too. Be cautious reading timing of hours as some seem to assign other timing. Little things make a big difference. Kudos to the team members who cheerfully go above and beyond and make up for the lesser levels of service at other times!

Where to begin!? First of all the property charges...

Where to begin!? First of all the property charges a hidden urban amenity fee which is just a way to add another $25 to the room cost, the only urban amenity I saw around the hotel were some street people smoking weed and a guy throwing up. It s not a nice location or even a safe location, so dont walk around the local area with your wife! The valet is $40 a day and it s not worth it as the text to call the car portion of their service doesn t work and you end up waiting. The check in lady was pleasant but offered no free drink at the bar as is clearly stated in the hotels website, I discovered this after we left. The elevator has a nice lcd screen for watching a modern art video, but this was broken and the experience was just that, riding in an elevator with a broken tv - maybe that was art in some way?? The upgraded room was next to the elevator and had 3 windows, the largest of which was covered by an opaque film, so here we specifically booked a Mountain View room with the largest of 3 widows unusable?? This left the two tall skinny windows, if you sat in the chair looking out at the view you had two ten inch wide gaps with a wide aluminum bar running down the middle, what a joke. Who would think covering the biggest window in a view room is a clever thing to do?? So the view really wasn t nice at all and was just another disappointment in a long string of disappointments with this property. The room was dingy and the cabinet next to the refrigerator was actually down right dirty. The standing lamp was unplugged and we had to move the couch to plug it in, typical of as low end hotel but not what I expected here. The refrigerators light was left on and at about 3 am I finally figured out it had a switch hidden next to the light inside, why just leave these on? It s an annoying light. The coffee maker light flashes all night long and had to be unplugged. The iron wouldn t steam correctly. The bar closed at 9pm and even though we were there by 8:40 we were rushed to order as we walked to our table we were told last call was happening now. We scanned the menu with our phones but they didn t work, the waitress told us to go online and search out the menu.. very cool. We ordered a cheese plate and it arrived with like 6 crackers so we had to ask for more and wait on them. The staff was trying to finish their chores and that was the most important part of their night, not the paying guests. We felt unwelcome and as though we shouldn t have come to the bar at 8:40.. who closes a hotel bar at 9pm anyway?? See how the comfort of the guests is an afterthought? The entire hotel felt cold and lacked atmosphere or character, honestly you d probably have a better experience at a some holiday inn or Ramada... the Sheraton which is close by is would be a much better choice. Dont waste your money here,

I had high expectations for my stay due to the information and glowing reviews I had read beforehand, and the ART managed to exceed these expectations in every way. Staff from start to finish were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they all took the time to ensure I had the information and resources to enjoy my first visit to the city. The decor and design of the property is modern and impressive as should be expected by the name and theme of the hotel, and there are plenty of high-quality art installations to experience while staying. The rooms themselves are packed to the brim with complimenary amenities such as water, soda, snacks, and an espresso machine with several selections of coffee and tea. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable; TV was a very generous size compared to most hotels. The real gem of the rooms though are the showers. The bathrooms themselves are gorgeous but the ultra-wide head shower and quality shampoo/conditioner/gel along with the robe and slippers were definitely a relaxing and extremely enjoyable experience. As for location, it is situated right on Broadway, very close to multiple art and culture sites. It is a little further from the 16th Street mall than some of the other hotel options, but still easily within walking distance. Restaurant staff were friendly, prompt, and attentive both at the bar and for breakfast, and the options were well-priced for the quality and location. The rooms and overnight valet are on the expensive side, but several package deals are offered periodically and the service certainly meets the price if your budget allows for it. As a luxury hotel manager, I understand how much time, energy, and budget goes into obtaining, training, and retaining the caliber of staff and the level of service required to operate in such a position in the hospitality industry, and the ART clearly spares no expense in maintaining that status as head-and-shoulders above the competition. I will certainly be looking at the ART as my first option if I find myself in Denver again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale experience that maintains a welcoming feel.

The Art is fun to visit because of the art and building design. But it doesn t function well. The shower didn t work, outlets were dead, WiFi weak, no follow up on a request to connect with a car service, a malfunctioning coffee maker, no bar service (waiters) would venture out on the deck on a clear night with mild temperatures, and no luggage assistance. Miserable sofa bed that is obviously very used.

My wife and I had dinner at Fire on the fourth floor of the Ar hotel for valentines day. Get a seat by the window because the views are great! The food was delicious and the Champaign pairings were also very tasty. It is a little on the pricey side but with every penny. Would recommend!

Great place to dine for date night! Small little roof top on floor 4 with some great cocktails. As interior designers we thought the Interiors felt a little to be desired and dated in the restaurant. We would revisit!
Note food/drinks are @ NYC prices!

Stayed on Sunday night. TV Smart Apps weren't working, so had to watch basic cable with commercials. Air conditioning wasn't working well (had it set to 65 and it was probably 72). They weren't offering room service because of COVID, but encouraged me to come down to the restaurant/bar instead (makes no sense), so I had to order Uber Eats. The lobby is not on the same floor as the entrance, which is confusing. Good blackout blinds, but generally not worth $300 a night after taxes. Will not stay here again.

I've been to a couple of corporate events at the ART hotel as well as Fire for happy hour. I love the ambiance at the rooftop bar to catch a drink after work. Food is delicious. One time a waiter saw that I had an epi-pen and made sure he double-checked about my allergies, which was very attentive and appreciated.

Nice looking hotel. They offer a free shuttle ride with an SUV when available. First come first serve. Only up to the distance of 1 mile radius. They have a bar/restaurant on the 4th floor, where the lobby/check in area are located. You would need your room key to get to your floor/room. But not the 4th floor. They offer free refreshments (sodas&coffee) and snacks-mixed nuts in your room.

Service at the hotel has been first class from valet to room service. Beds are super comfy, housekeeping is on top of rooms, and food from hotel is the best room service I have had at any hotel. Try the salmon and burgers.

The Art, the hotel was very nice. Great central location. There were a ton of vegan restaurants nearby, that was a plus to me. Room service was fast and turn down service with chocolate on the pillow was my favorite. Complimentary drinks and snacks, full size hair dryer and mountain view in the room made it a really special stay.

We had a wonderful experience using the ART Hotel ...

We had a wonderful experience using the ART Hotel for our wedding.

Around 100 of our guests took advantage of the very reasonable rate the hotel offered us for our block of rooms. Our guests raved about the convenient location right by downtown Denver, the well-appointed rooms, and the attentive staff. The one minor issue our guests mentioned was the fact that most of the rooms at the ART Hotel have a single king-size bed. There are a handful of rooms with pull-out sofa beds and the hotel has several rollaway beds, but there are no rooms with two queen-size beds. This issue only arose because of the large number of families at our wedding who had hoped to sleep more than one couple per room, and it was far outweighed by the many positive experiences we had.

In addition to our block of rooms, we held several wedding-related events at the ART Hotel. We had a plated rehearsal dinner for 25 in the Bear s Den dining room. The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. We also held a welcome reception the night before our wedding and made use of the hotel s phenomenal outdoor space overlooking the downtown Denver skyline.

Catering and Conference Sales Manager Amelie Luangrath and her team provided us with exceptional service throughout: they answered complex questions about room blocks and beds/room types; guided us through tastings for our reception and rehearsal dinner menu; and were readily available when we had a question. We were very pleased with the quality of food and the different options we were given when discussing our budget. They were also willing to work with special requests, including allowing us to bring in outside family-prepared Indian dishes and storing those dishes and serving them professionally the night of the rehearsal dinner and welcome reception.

The ART Hotel welcomed us (the grooms) with a tray of chocolate-covered strawberries (all dressed like grooms), a bottle of champagne, and a lovely engraved decanter. After the wedding, there was another bottle of champagne and a charcuterie plate awaiting us when we returned to the room. This attention to detail made the entire weekend a dream.

The moment we arrived at the hotel we were very happy of the installations and friendliness of staff. Check in was quick, and we were informed of the different amenities the hotel offers, and the sights around the hotel. The Patio was amazing we enjoyed seating and having a drink. It was or wedding anniversary and they we had a cheese plater waiting in our room. Nice touch.

Greeted immediately upon arrival by valet, check in went perfectly and Mathew at the front desk was very welcoming and even took the time to give a map of the area and the go-to spots near by. Our room was very clean, gorgeous views, and great accommodations. The only reason we're giving a 4 is the fact that we did feel a bit ignored and almost even discrinated by our waiter at the Fire Resturant. Other than that we had an amazing experience!! We will definitely return!!

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Denver Art Museum. The hotel is right next to the museum. It was not just a place to stay but an experience itself. There is literally original art everywhere, in each floor and in conference rooms and rooms, too.

The rooms are creatively designed with a very modern, artistic style and flair. The amenities are quite good and there is no extra charge for snacks or water or wifi.

The negative was the use of the shower. The fixtures are very modernistic and while they look cool it was extremely difficult to figure them out. We called for assistance.

The Fire restaurant had a limited menu. All food was excellent but breakfast was the best. Nice environment to dine in and I think the outdoor area would be especially nice to use if not cold weather.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful!

Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Kind of in the middle. I was treated great by some staff, and sub-par by others. As far as the actual rooms, not that great.... Expecting way nicer rooms.... The bathrooms are amazing though. Big tub and personal huge shower with the cool rain water spouts. The bar was okay---- overpriced....

Not really worth the money in my opinion.
