Have been a member and a neighbor and it is an absolute wonderful recreational park and nature center. So much to do all year around.

Fantastic teambuilding experience for our 4th graders. Wish there was more creativeness in the school system like this!

Only problem... admission by membership! Too bad public parks are not at this caliber !!!

I just went there today for a field trip with my class and I had fun with my friends, the staff are very nice and just to let you know this is Izaiah from SDMS that went today who gave u the autograph.

Great swimming boating and places to grill. Also provides camping facilities. Requires an annual membership

Great kids day camp over the summer and a lake. Skating and cross country skiing in the winter are some attractions. Also has a great sled hill!

It's a great place to bike,or "hike" the beach is nice as well. Just don't touch the LSM crew boats!

So fun and many activities, but why are there so much rules for the dock? :(

Winding Trails is a natures lover paradise fun for all ages and a great place to relax if you are not the athletic type

It was fun, we were in a private pavillion (covered patio ) nice facilities and had a wonderful day. Love it..

Fan place. Lake, swimming, soccer, basketball, hiking. Can rent boats, paddle boats and sailing boats.

What an amazing facility, very scenic and lots of activities to do. I wish I lived closer.

Wonderful family recreational area. Daily rates as well as varying memberships. Summer camp, boating, fishing and many other activities too numerous to list.

This place is awesome. Had family picnics and reunions. Beach with water toys, volleyball playgrounds.bathrooms are clean. Super friendly staff. So much to do for so cheap

I went with my school and it was fun except for this one counselor who got mad and kicked a fire we were making and sprayed it with a hose and said all done

There for Grandson's Graduation and Birthday parties. Had a great time. Beautiful park.

What an amazing place. Super clean and so much to do. The girl who did the kayaks and paddle boats was such a sweetie!!! We were there for Chili's Restaurant summer picnic and had a blast!!!!

Winding trails is great! Get people outside and away from screens! I haven't found a place better at it or more devoted to that idea!

Very clean and organized, plenty of seating space whether it be in the grass, on the beach, or in the pavilion. The grills are also great and there are plenty available to not have to wait forever to use one. Only bummer is the 5 year wait list to become a member... But I guess if nothing else it's a sign of how much people enjoy it there!

I spent the day with my wife and my mother and what a fantastic time the park is beautiful.

Lots to do, many trails, good environment and friendly people. Would defiantly recommend to any thinking about it.

Location is pretty. Concession stand is good. Water is nice and refreshing. Vending machines don't always work and you end up losing your money.

Cool place to get together for events or parties, plenty of parking, restrooms, etc. Covered picnic tables

Lakes and games and mountain biking. A membership is required.

This is the perfect place for 7 men in the woods. There are a lot of different spots for footy and the occasional smock

It was a warm sunny day and we took our very young grandchildren to Winding Trails. He spent most of our time in the beach area which was well protected with lifeguards who were very alert. the water was clean and the patrons were neat and careful to observe safety rules. Overall it was a very positive experience for the children and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Very nice place to take children on a warm sunny day. Lots to do.

our school is going to winding trails on monday June 18 and Our teachers said that another school booked the water so we can't go in and that was all i was looking forword to only the water and then they said it is booked and i was really mad that they get to swim 6 hr straight THAT IA NOT FAIR please hurry and respond fast!!!

Nice kayaking today! Saw painted turtles and a snapping turtle on our walk. Also visited Nature's Porch loss at to see the critters in the viewing shed. Even checked out the flowers in the meadow. What a day ..

A great get away from the noise and concrete. A lovely lake and park to relax and unwind about. If soccer is your treat, swing by on a Sunday eve.

Awesome place, but a few small things. The vending machine items always get stuck. The water has a lot of fish and some seaweed around the camp swimming area which is the reason why lots of kids do not want to swim there. The camp has a lot of activities and the beach is very nice.
