Wow they really know customer service here. All the staff went above and beyond during my stay here. They even put complimentary food and drinks in your room- and no it wasn't coffee. Unlimited sodas and snacks in your room, and they bring more upon request!? Yes please. Plus the hotel was decorated really cool, it was super modern with a bunch of great art everywhere. The bed was super comfy and the shower was amazing. Loved my stay here.

First, the staff is stupendous they bring customer service to a new height. The room was very nice everything clean! There beds are comfortable which is difficult to find when your away from home. We did not get to try the restaurant so I cannot say on the food. Looking at the art gives you some elevator time but still great. The only reason I didn t do 5 stars is the pull out couch in the room didn t have any bedding provided. They were aware of this need! By time we noticed it was to late to mess with so we improvised.

Extremely disappointed and confused. I booked my 1 night stay for my wife and I using the AMEX travel portal. The reservation comes with AMEX Platinum perks(4pm checkout, drink & food voucher, full breakfast, etc.)
The hotel has the AMEX card on file and charged it for the room cost but informed us that since we don t have a physical card to use for incidentals(we haven t received one yet so can t present it) that they can t honor the perks. They offered to reimburse charges (on the same card not present) after we receive the card by doing a secure authorization(which would still never have them seeing or using the physical card) and no different then using the card on file since that is what they would be charging. I called AMEX travel concierge who explained the same thing to the manager but with no different result. We would have never booked the hotel knowing this ahead of time and being 6+ hrs away arriving at 11:00pm there was no way to cancel and go elsewhere.
This decision by the MOD is terrible customer service and makes no sense. There is no rational or logical thought behind it. The AMEX card is on file, good enough to charge the room fee, even good enough to charge for the perks(which then aren t perks) and be reimbursed, but not good enough to honor those perks without reimbursement. And reimbursing without ever having the physical card. It s double talk and making things difficult for no reason. I even have the full card info on Apple pay and AMEX website(full CC#, exp., full name, etc. that all matches the ID used to check in so to verify it s me and perks are only being used by actual card holder.
Would get better customer service just about anywhere else. My next trip to Denver, I won t be staying here again and will make sure to share my experience with friends, family and colleagues.
When you stay at a 4-star hotel, you d expect 4-star service. Definitely not the case at this over-rated bourgeois front of a hotel. Thanks anyways

I have never stayed at this hotel, but for the past two years I have hosted a client event. Jasmine Luna is the event coordinator and she is fantastic. this was my first year working with her and she helped me get everything set up to run a successful event. The hotel was very centrally located for me and easy to get to, it was also a lot different than your run-of-the-mill hotel conference center. I will likely submit a separate review, but they're on site restaurant fire is very good as well. I have eaten there several times and always enjoyed my meal. if I host my event for a 3rd year I will likely use them again. Thank you art hotel!

Our experience stating at the ART was fantastic. The staff were very accomodating, and the facilities were relaxing. It was for my birthday and every staff member wished me happy birthday, without any prompting.

Exceeded our expectations, a must for art lovers. Friendly, knowledgeable, unpretentious staff who showed genuine enthusiasm for the art collection and art-related happenings in the area. Rooms are beautiful, modern, and comfortable. Fantastic drinks and food at the restaurant. Social hour from 3-6 daily.

The place is nice but last time I was there they gave me a room clearly where people were vomiting the night before. They quickly gave me a new room so I will give a 3 star. The prices are high for what you get but I stay there for work.

Fire, the ART, a hotel's restaurant/bar continues to be one of our go-to places for Friday happy hour. Inventive drinks and expertly crafted light and heavy appetizers combined with one of Denver's best outdoor patios brings a crowd that makes Fire the place to be.

Review for Fire Restaurant:

Review for Fire Restaurant:

5 stars for atmosphere/service and 3 for food/price. i visited fire during a tedxmilehigh social and loved the rooftop vibe with the string lights and fire pit. the modern art scattered throughout was a nice touch too! although it looked like there was a ton of available seating, we were told that no tables were available but we could do first come first serve self-seating in the outdoor area. so we sat next to the fire pit, which had a tiny ledge for drinks. we got this duck rilette appetizer (close to $20) that came on a big wooden board and was precariously placed on this fire pit ledge. the presentation was pretty good but the rilette itself was a salt bomb and even though it seemed like it was good quality duck, it was just too salty to enjoy. menu items for entrees seemed pretty pricey ($30+) but for a more special occasion, i might come back to give them a shot. their cocktails had the cutest artist-inspired names. overall, a cool environment and nice spot to meet up with a friend downtown!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I just completed a three night stay at this hotel. I Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING ANYWHERE BUT HERE. The hotel is nice, however I was incorrectly charged for valet parking when I did not have a vehicle on site. The problems with this hotel is extremely poor customer service. I had to call 4 separate times and speak with multiple managers. I kept getting sent to different departments only to be told my bank was the issue. I spoke with my bank and they had no details the hotel had claimed. I finally had to call my bank and three way to the hotel in order to get proper communication on refunded the charges. This was an extreme waste of time. Between calling the hotel multiple times and my bank I wasted close to TWO HOURS over a charge that was incorrect to begin with. Don t waste your time here. Clearly their organization is sub par. Aaron was the manager I spoke with and was unfriendly and rude when speaking with my bank. I was highly disappointed overall.

Wonderful hotel. Capital suite is worth the added expense if you'll be in the room at all. Traffic noises can be irritating (especially motorcycles at 3 a.m.), but the comfy bed made falling back asleep easy. The bathroom is fantastic, with a large soaking tub and a spacious shower. Would stay again for sure.

Overall horrible experience staying at this hotel ...

Overall horrible experience staying at this hotel for 2 days. It is definitely not a 4.5 star hotel (more close to 3 star) based on sanitary and service reasons.

They charge additional $20 for Amenities on top of your booking rate and it is not optional. They give you stale coffee, basic snacks and tiny water bottles that is most certainly not worth the price. On top of this, they did not even clean previously used coffee cups, which is disgusting.

They claim to not provide room cleaning service due to Covid and only bring you towel upon request, but this is more dangerous since they came into my room to give me more towels and shampoo.

Went to their Fire restaurant and had to wait over 1 hr just to get my meal, so I had to race to meet checkout time. Servers were extremely rude.

I would recommend looking elsewhere for better service at lower price. This hotel s price and 4.5 star rating is not justified.

Beautiful hotel, great sized gym, very nice staff and valet, centralized location to great POI. Stayed in the mountain suite, the room was a little hard to make cold, but after messing with the vents to position the air coming out finally got it nice and comfortable. Would definitely come back here every time I travel to Denver.

Swanky, trendy, upscale, but kind and attentive hotel. The group reservation team, at times seemed to be conflicting each other when I was communicating with them, but all in all the week and 65+ reservations went off as a success and our team enjoyed their stay.

Very cool place with unique art everywhere - lived up to its name :) gotta be one of the best rooftop bars in Denver and very walkable from the rest of Baker area. Drinks were really good and unusual-one was made with tumeric! The only downside is it's in a hotel. Somehow that always brings down the value of a bar for me.

Wonderful experience! Very professional and friendly service at all levels. Eclectic collection of modern art scattered around the hotel. The Fire lounge has a great outdoor sculpted fireplace that was very popular to sit around. Contemporary design and furnishings. Easy walking distance to many of the best attractions downtown.

It was about pricey but worth it. It definitely is a luxury hotel. Each room had it's own unique artwork in it. We stayed in a deluxe room. The hotel has a skylight bar with a fireplace and live music on some days. It over looks the downtown Denver area. It was nice. Parking is expensive valet or street side. I would not park street side because there are literally crack heads everywhere in downtown Denver. The room we had had a nice view of the mountains.

Very unique hotel -- nice modern design, clean and great views from the room. We stayed at Mountain View suite and the view was fantastic. The room was specious, clean, nice design, great bathroom. Complementary water and snacks definitely a plus. The check in and check out was seamless. Parking is definitely an issue. $38 for valet parking is definitely overpriced (NYC price for no reason).

Fantastic hotel, a very beautiful place with top notch rooms. Beautuful art adorns the entire hotel. The on-site bar is also very good. Outside of the borderline rude valets, the rest of the staff was truly remarkable. Great hotel all things considered.

Top notch from start to finish. We went for our anniversary. Were greeted by name and wished a happy anniversary upon arrival. We arrived a bit early and were asked to have a seat at the bar on them while we waited. Our suite was amazing. Great location. Great food. Great staff. Felt very safe. Hotel car was available to take us to dinner. One of the greatest stays we have ever had in a hotel!

Located in downtown Denver the ART hotel was a beautiful place. It is extremely classy, and very impressive. We went to the restaurant on the 4th floor. They were shorthanded so it took a while to get anything, but the food and drinks were fantastic.

Perfect location, super friendly staff, comfy bed. Love the art theme throughout the building. Proximity to the Monet exhibit was a big draw. Might take off half a star for the surprise mandatory fee for add-ons, whether you use them or not. Also took an engineering degree to figure out the shower (but ultimately a fine experience).
