He is very knowledgeable when it comes to medicine and hormones , vitamins...you name it and Steve will provide you with an experienced honest answer. The staff is very friendly and treat their customers with respect and compassion. If I could give them more stars...I would. They also have a display of beautiful soaps, clothing, cosmetics and jewelry.
I can tell you that the owner truly cares about his customers. I hope his business is around for a very long time because you just don't get such excellent customer service from the big chain stores.

Unfortunately a review that deserves no stars. Bad service and bad prescriptions make this a place I'm afraid to return to. My doctor called in several prescriptions to this pharmacy. When the pharmacist called me to review them, he told me he would give me instructions for applying them and the cost. There was an extra prescription in there as well which I did not need. My doctor called and verified that it should not be there. When I arrived to pick it up, it was a disappointment. The prescription was back in there, even without it the total was quite a bit more than he told me, and no one explained how to take them. The bottles that I got are leaking quite a bit of cream, and when they do, it is separating. Not a place I would remotely recommend.

The people that work there are kind and friendly. The pharmacist helped me with an Otc recommendation for canker sores and after a month of aggravation I am markedly better. Super little store with personal service.

I was at the location at 3:55pm today, doors were already locked.... Employees saw customer but didn t come to open the door. It s not good business practice to lock the door before scheduled hours..., don t you think?

Stopped in to speak with the pharmacist & I was pleasantly surprised. The store is lovely. Customer service is great.

I have never reviewed a place before but I must warn people that this pharmacy has continuously made my prescriptions wrong to the point where I ve become more and more sick. I caught their first mistake myself after a month of side effects. Then more symptoms came and I would call and tell them I thought something was wrong. For refills they faxed the wrong doctor for months even after myself and doctors and nurses called to correct the mistakes in the computer that they blamed on an intern. Other prescriptions they told me my insurance denied when they had been approved. Then, when I finally transferred a prescription to a new compounding pharmacy who caught their big mistakes in my dosage they actually had the gall to blame it on my doctor. Please, if you value your heath do not use this lab. I love Montecito, I don t understand how a lovely place like this could hold people s health with such disregard.
