Easily the poorest TGI Fridays experience I have had. The food was ok however the menu choice was not great ( 4 dessert options in total) and the service was some of the worst I have ever received anywhere in the world!! I truly felt the waitress could not have cared less for her customers yet when she brought the check she had circled and underlined the "gratuity not included" and "gratuity options" section. We left a 15% tip out of courtesy but she deserved absolutely nothing. A true case of " people will tip as it is expected so I don't need to put in any effort at all". She should not be in this job! I cannot speak for all staff as she is the only person who dealt with us but it was completely unnecessarily rude service! The menu also doesn't state any pricing for any drinks which is quite irritating for a customer! We ordered 2 drinks, 2 appetisers and a side and this cost us $86. Hugely over priced. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant!
