Very friendly and knowledgeable! And just bought my second Harley in five months. The Roadster was a corner Carver and great, but I'm not 25 anymore. Gregg got me a fantastic deal and Mike is about the friendliest helpful guy you'll find in finding a ride for you. Went with a '18 FLHXS, the Candy Red one. Constantly having people ask me about it and it is my dream machine. Now for some trip planning! Thanks guys!

Good experience buying accessories for our bike. The guy at the register was very helpful. Was honest about the products and what i may or may not need.

It was great working with the Knoxville Harley family. Sarah in particular was very patient and helpful. She was even willing to go out on the colder days of winter to test drive to help me find exactly what I wanted.

Associate that rang me up was Tracey but JD was nice and helped us figure out what I needed. I knew nothing except that it was a street bob and chrome forward controls were needed. Mike carried out my purchase to my car. All very friendly and patient with me.

So I am relatively new to the motorcycle scene and in the last 6 months I decided I wanted an upgrade to a Harley. I bought it used and so it came with issues that decade old bikes tend to have. Unfortunately (in my experience at least) I ve learned that people who have been riding and caring for their bikes for years and years can have a smugness and look-down-on-you attitude if you are not as knowledgeable or tenured as them (especially if you re in your twenties). I usually don t even get approached in showrooms because I am young. That being said, the staff of this Harley dealership is the most helpful, patient, kind, and generous I have encountered. They went completely beyond my expectations. In my first few visits they introduced themselves and wanted to genuinely know me and what I wanted in a bike. They walked me through the catalog of bikes, what the names of each bike meant, the differences in engine displacement, best uses and purpose of each bike, the history of each bike, and so much more. They did this when I was honest about not being in a position to purchase one at the moment. When I did buy a bike, (not from the dealership), brought it in for service and they explained everything they found and gave me different options for caring and maintaining my bike. They gave me the confidence to ask questions I had been afraid to ask before and never made me feel ignorant for not already knowing. Customer service is so important to me when it comes to things like vehicles, home repair, etc., and these folks have set the standard.

We just bought a 2020 Low Rider S.. Keith, Jim, & Glenn within the sales team were awesome.. Nikki Pagan in the motorclothes department took great care of me.. all around awesome experience, thanks yall!

Had a great sells person ( Stubs) .Service manager David is not a friendly person. Even after you pay 27k for your bike and you need information he won't give it and he said his technical support is only for paying customers. I will be driving by Knoxville Harley Davidson on my way to Smokey mountain Harley from now on.

I recently got approved for a bike from there and their finance department really tried to stick it to me. I was looking at a brand new Harley 72 a beginner bike. Selling price was around 11k. After I told them I would put down 3k dollars and finance the rest my total price was almost 13k. Taxes on it was a little over 1000$ and their fees are only 250$ for registration and tags doc and whatever else. Can someone tell me where the heck my down payment was going. Shady people. Do not do business with these people or take the ky before you go because you are going to take it in the brown eye.

Going to the dealership for service parts, JD knew exactly what I was looking for. He handled my order like it was the easiest thing he'd done, and was fun to deal with while he did it.

Very professional services and highly recommend HD of Knoxville. I traded my bike and they were able to give me what I wanted out of it. Ernie and Doc went above and beyond to help me. They even called later to make sure everything was going well with the bike. Easiest time I ve ever had purchasing and trading.

A bunch of great people except JD just kidding. Go buy and check them out. JD is very knowledgeable on parts and accessories and customizations. If I was still able to ride my business would definitely go to them. I like to go in sometimes just to talk with the guys that's just how friendly the staff is.

"Stopped by the Harley Shop on Clinton Highway, just to kind of check in, it's been a while, so it was nice to see all the familiar faces. JD, DJ, Dile, Greg and the rest of you. JD fixed me up by ordering some touch up paint to fix a scratch that some SOB put on my back fender, assuring me it can be fixed, thus lowering my blood pressure to safer levels. but then I happened to look over by the women's clothing, and there be two gorgeous Rock Babes Kate and Rachel, who done this old reprobate the honor of letting me stand by them while they got their picture taken, so I had to go home and take some blood pressure medicine.well worth it, I'll try but, if I don't see you before Christmas, Merry Christmas to each of you. We are from Murphy, NC and our home store is Chattanooga. We were traveling back home and stopped for a tshirt. This is a great store. My husband even found a shirt with a twisted cherry trike like ours!. Jessie and Nikki were great in clothing. They took ther time and explained the bell and gave us a new map. Jim in sales was also very nice. He even gave us a poker chip. Great people!

Cody did a wonderful job on upgrading my bike with some new parts that I had purchased. David was also great to work with and got me in and out of the shop in a timely manor. Also a special thanks to JD for helping me get everything that I needed for the bike.

Was on vacation headed to Daytona stopped in Knoxville for few days to ride and bike was leaking oil from work I had done at another dealership in ny and Nate and ottis in the service department went above and beyond to get me back on the road and back to vacation with only couple hrs lost you guy are hands down the beat from the customer service to getting me back on road

Good selection of clothes and merchandise! We just stopped there on the way home to pick up a couple of shirts. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home!!

We were treated with the upmost respect. Rodeo (Mike) took us around to every single used bike he thought we would be interested in and showed us all the differences and answered all our questions. We arrived at the dealership by noon and were driving away with our bike that afternoon. It was probably the best experience we have ever had purchasing any new vehicle.

I checked out several dealerships and all these guys were the best. Everyone was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Rodeo & Chef helped me with my purchase but all the guys and ladies were there to help and spend time talking to me. The other dealers were more interested in selling their parts and gift items but this is a true riding dealership.

Have had excellent experience before. But after being refused repair service for a bike that was purchased at an HD shop. I dont think you should sell bikes you refuse to work on. And be rude about it.

Although the staff is good we still have a problem that is on going that needs to be resolved. My husband called and orderdoa part 9 days ago. They took our money out of our account and told him it will be in in 7 days. He called on the 7th day and they told him his part had not come in. He called the next day and they told him they didn't know what was going on. He called again the next day which was the 9th day and they manager told him that the part was to old to have around anymore. And they didn't know what to tell him. Now they have our money and still no part. And they won't refund. Now my husband has been spending $60 a day on urber to get back n forth to work cuz he was waiting on a part that the Harley dealership did not order and took our money. IDK what to do. Sue
