I've always had a great experience when visiting Bootlegger Harley Davidson on Lovell Road or Knoxville Harley Davidson on Clinton Highway. All of the staff are friendly, courteous and always willing to help a customer in any department.
When I went in I talked with Scott Tolliver with sales he asked me what I wanted and what I needed in a bike. All the people I dealt with were polite and as happy as I was about me getting my bike and she is a gorgeous blue metal flake 2008 Harley Davidson super glide. She rides great once I got over my nerves of owning the bike I have dreamed of owning for the last thirty years. Thank you Knoxville Harley Davidson.
Picked up set of LED turn signal lights, after installed found out 1 was defective. Took them back, parts guy apologized for problem and ordered me another set.
What a great experience buying with Knoxville Harley. Ernie was my salesman and what a straight up kind of guy! He covered all the bases and left me with no unanswered questions and did me right!! I had some parts added on and J.D. was the man with all the knowledge of what would fit and what wouldn t!! Nikki in apparel hooked me up with some cool gear! Lastly, Otis, David, and especially Eric did me right down in Service! They all took the best of care with my new bike but Eric treated like his own while turning the wrenches on it installing the new parts!! I ll definitely be asking for Eric to do any service work in the future!! Overall, I couldn t be happier with the entire buying process with KHD
JD In the parts department is the least helpful person to work with. He acts upset with every question you have and somewhat downsells the parts he sell. Which makes no sense but I guess he either hates the owners or doesn t make commission. Either way I took my business to Smoky Mountain Harley. WAAAAAY better selection, customer service, and most importantly usually cheaper. If your wanting to buy a part for your Harley or even a bike in general, don t buy from them.
I recently had to purchase a new key fob for my ride ,both the parts and service depts. were great to work with .plus I enjoy just hanging out and learning more about my ride from others ,it's great to be part of the Harley family.
Well I went in for a regular visit to see who was working and got to meet a new face, Jesse. She helped me with exactly what I needed and she was a sweetheart. Hope she hangs around. Nikki, her coworker, was nice as well. I enjoy stopping in there every chance I get.
Service man didn't work on mine. Had to stop and work on another one BEFORE finishing mine. STILL have it and made them give a ride home this evening after I was there at 9 I got home around 5pm with them giving me a ride Home. Should have stuck with a motorcycle to get it finished Not Happy. This is why i did all work myself.
My Wife and I purchased a Fatboy trike back in October that only had 1,700 miles on it , the person that owned it passed away. We only got to ride it 3 times and only on short trips around where we live. Well just last Sunday we decided to take a short ride for the first time this spring. We had stopped for gas and tried to restart the bike and it wouldn't even start , took the battery to have it check and it was good , which we keep hooked up to a battery tender . Called the sales Manager not to mention his name he pretty much told me I would have to pay out of my pocket to have it fixed and I have to haul it from over here in Franklin North Carolina . I've only had it 6 months and having to pay out of my pocket to have it fixed . They treat you real nice until something like this happens , it's a shame to by a bike that expensive and a dealer won't back his sale.
Stubbs is awesome. I walked in seen what I wanted am he immediately came over and started telling me about the 17 street glide that was left over. I had a price in mind and when I told him what I could spend he said done deal. Couldn't ask for better sales person, guy, and friend. If you all haven't he deserves a raise. Just for the simple fact of his knowledge and how he treats customers. Awesome job
Had great service and helpful staff. Jessie went above and beyond in helping me find a rain suit and getting me properly fitted. Pleasurable, knowledgeable and funny. I appreciate her and Nikki taking care of me. Will definitely make the drive there in the future.
Drove down after speaking with Ernie about a 2020 Road Glide. Felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Returned the next weekend to finalize purchase. Ernie was very knowledgable had the answer for each question. Glen was super fast with finance and documents. Tracy and JD was a great help with some additional parts. Tonya was one of a kind and assisted my wife. Otis was great with explaining servicing timeframes. Awesome group of people! Glad I took the time to drive down. Thanks for treating us like family!
Don't believe them when they say they will meet you there at a certain time. First time they never showed up and the second time they were 2 hours late. Wasted my day. Ughhhhh!
Came in for something simple (seating a bead on a tire--basically just hooking it up to a compressor and blasting it with air once or twice). I already did all of the work getting the old tire off and putting the new tire on, I just needed them to blast it with some air. First person who greeted me was friendly but the man at the shop counter was an absolute jerk. No courtesy, kindness or care what-so-ever. Told me it wouldn't take long and wouldn't cost much. They also told me to browse around and wait for a call telling me the tire was done. I waited for an hour and they never called. Turns out they had it back in 20 minutes, and just left it sitting there at the counter waiting for me to come back. They charged me $20 for that! Next time I'll go to Willis Cycle Works or Jethro's Discount Tires, because they would probably do it for free, seeing that they charge $20 to do all the work--remove, mount AND seat.
Poor service. Rude employees (not all of them, though). Overcharged me. Wasted my time.
Huge thank you to Sarah Thompson and the entire crew at Knoxville Harley Davidson for their efforts and patience while purchasing a new bike! If you are in the market do not hesitate to stop in and talk to the guys and girls down there, I can insure you they will all go out of their way to help in any way they can!!
I had a 15,000 mile service yesterday and a few tweaks done to my bike. As usual Otis and all the service guys where awesome. A very professional dealership. Knowledgeable and friendly. GET YOUR WORK DONE HERE!
The best place to shop. Thank you Stubbs and rodeo for all you've done. Love the bike, great deal! Clinton hwy Harley two thumbs up!! Thanks again to all that help with my bike.
Just purchased a 2019 Road Glide Ultra to keep at our cabin here in Gatlinburg. Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting went above and beyond to make my purchase a breeze. When I say everyone I mean everyone. Since this wasn t my first purchase of a harley I knew what add on s I wanted, from parts to the service departments they made it happen. Maybe I am a little old fashion but even my salesman (Chef) came in on his day off to hand the bike off to me. Now that to me shows their commitment to customers. Thanks everyone, here s to a safe and great riding season.
Just bought a 48 Special at Knoxville HD. Sarah Thompson did a wonderful job helping me make an informed decision. The whole staff sales (Sarah), merchandise, parts and service treated me like a valued customer.
They have have outstanding customer service and as far as the repairs to my bike, I am extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend this location. In the years I've be going to this Harley Davidson dealership, I haven't had a bad experience and I'm sure I won't on my future visits.
I found the Harley Davidson Store and Staff extremely friendly and helpful! While in pursuit of a new coat, ( Nikki ) retained a coat until I was able to get there! While I was eager to purchase the coat, she encouraged me to try a second one! That one fit much better, and she was very honest with me comparing the two, and suggested that that not pursue the first, since the second was a better fit! Her honestly and friendliness are quite praiseworthy! I really appreciated that! Thank you Harley Davidson of Knoxville TN, you made a New Yorker feel very welcome.
In July 2014 my buddy lost control coming out of the Jelico Mt. While they took him and his girlfriend to UofT I had to take his 2012 Street Glide somewhere. We took it to Knoxville HD. In the following days they did everything they could to make things as easy as possible. They stored the bike free of charge and drove me to get a rental car. They made a difficult situation bearable. I cannot thank you guys enough and you will always be a favorite for all of us!
Thank you Eric Anderson and David Grant, these guys always do a great job and take very good care of me.. also thank u Ernie for all your help with the purchase of my new bike..and how could I forget about all the guys in parts and the very helpful girls in motor clothes..I will definitely come back because of them..
I recently bought my first bike from knoxville Harley davidson, I went in there on a Sunday because the Suzuki shop was closed. I had no intention of buying a Harley, none at all. But then it happened..... I saw it, saw the bike that I knew was my bike. A guy approached me introduced himself as chef. I told him I was just kinda poking around and asked about that black bike in the used section, I looked at it and saw another bike I liked even more. I called the next day and did a credit app not thinking I'd ever get approved..... A couple hours later he calls and tells me I couldn't get approved on the older bike but, I could on this 2014 bike that I liked even more. I went down the next Saturday and spoke with finance and boom it was mine! I had called Suzuki about a boulevard but the salesman I spoke with acted like it was a chore to answer my questions and do a credit app over the phone due to my work schedule. So yeah I coulda got a really nice boulevard for a lot less than the Harley but the guys at Harley made me feel welcome, made me feel like I belonged there, so I figured it was worth it. I'd buy from chef again and recommend knoxville Harley davidson to anyone! I can't remember everyones names but every single person there are top notch. Now I have a Harley davidson bike and a great group of people to fall back on when I need something for it....
Maleah was awesome. She actually helped us with shirts but them helped us find a hotel in the area since we were traveling back to Michigan. Such a welcoming and nice young girl. Thanks Maleah.
