Was visiting from out of town, stopped in to get the coins for our riding group, ended up buying a bunch of shirts too. Nikki helped find just the right ones. We loved her so much we went back the next day and bought another shirt and a purse! We looked at the bikes while we were there and the staff gave us great advice and were very friendly. Great place!!

Love the motorcycles, but above my pay grade. I wanted to grade for a tricycle, but just can't see putting that much into a bike right now. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and understood. Beautiful bikes, clean, up to date store, and not hard sell.

great staff.... greeted as walked through door and offered assistance, I was shopping for a certain shirt and when I didn't see it on the floor Nikki was awesome and went and looked in box of new stock that had just come in and found the shirt I was looking for! This is one of 2 reviews. The first is 5 stars due to the girls who work in apparel. Tonya is a great manager and she is doing something that no other HD has done. The DIXXON flannels are a great buy and she loves providing her customers with THE BEST clothing specifically designed for riding! Her customer service goes above and beyond, including her girls Nikki and Maleah. If you need apparel, go visit the girls at Clinton Hwy HD. We also enjoyed the experience on the other side of the store with Chris Moon. We were interested in a specific bike. He sat down and talked numbers. They made the sale happen with a trade in and we were happy leaving with what wld be considered a "dream bike". Stay tuned for second review.

Horrible experience I'm 52 and a little old for the sport bike anymore, so I decided to move on to a Harley V-Rod. Stopped in to look at 1 on Tuesday the 22nd about 3pm, and it was a nightmare. The so called "salesperson" walked past me 3 or 4 times, never said "hi", "bye" , "can I help you" Kiss my a--" or anything. They had a v-rod I liked, for the $ I wanted to spend ($10k), but I wouldn't do business there to save my life !! The last straw was when a couple came in after me, and he ran up to them like a stray dog in heat !! Doesn't matter that my $30k car in the parking lot is paid for, all 3 of my houses are paid for, and that I retired at 50 with no debt !! Their loss. I asked 3 or 4 of my friends with Harleys and none of them do business there. They all said that they do business at the Harley shop in Maryville, (30 extra minutes away) because of they way they are treated there. Guess that's why I'll be going there to look this weekend !! Horrible place and I'll never be back !!

Excellent service department, I broke down on a Friday night just outside Knoxville, first thing Saturday morning I called and they sent someone after us and the Harley quickly. A few short hours later were back on the road to North Carolina. Thank you all so much!

I wish I could remember his name he gave my daughter a free pocker chip Which makes a nice souvenir.

J D Vincent has always been a great help. He always knows what part I need when buying something for my bike. His customer service is one reason why I only shop at this store. He has help on issues that had nothing to do with parts as well. His knowledge of bikes and the store as a whole is incredible. He is the first person I call when I have a question about anything Harley Davidson.

On a long road trip and had some road debris break my front turn signal lens cover and bulb. Made a quick stop just before closing and they had me back on the road in 15 min. JD in the parts center quickly found the bulb I needed but they didn't have a lens cover. He called service and David was able to scavage one from another bike. David and Otis installed the bulb and cover and I was back on the road in no time. Great service and great attitudes! Bought a tee shirt to represent. Thanks guys.

Super awesome since they built the brand new building! The clothing line is really nice, especially the womens selection. Even if you are not a Harley Fan, this store has some friendly people and interesting memorabilia. Worth a visit!

excellent care and customer service! Bought an older low mile bike online last fall and took it in to get some basic service. being new to harley I thought I was getting another fleece job from a dealer when they told my about all the gaskets being dry rotted from the bike being in storage for years.kind of naivety on my part so after I talked on phone to Manager I let them do their thing. picked up bike and drove for a couple of days and realized that something wasn't right bike was sputtering and locking up randomly. Got it back to them and turns out the fuel filter gasket was bad also, they took it in that day and fixed it free of charge in a couple of hours. bike rides amazing now. thanks guys

Bought my Street glide special here the crew made it quick and easy. Great bunch of people my sales person was Sarah Thompson she's a fire ball and will work hard to get you what you want .it was great meeting her ,stub and the rest of the staff

I was traveling from Texas and was visiting Knoxville to get my normal souvenirs, a shirt and poker chips....stopped by Harley of Knoxville and was greeted at the door by Nikki, she knew exactly what I was looking for; she did an outstanding job and even showed me all the items that were on sale and discounted, I walked out of the store with more than expected! My family and I really enjoyed our stop and Nikki made us feel at home... great job!

I had a great experience when I was in Harley-Davidson of Knoxville the other day. The staff is very friendly and polite, especially Maleah she was very attentive and eager to help me with any questions I had about the apparel and accessories. She made the experience of shopping there very enjoyable along with the other staff. This place is amazing! Tonya was amazing and so welcoming! We were having trouble with our breaks and Eric stayed late to fix our bike and make sure we were safe! So happy with this place and highly recommend them. I will be back.

We were on a weekend getaway. On our way to Gatlinburg, we stopped at Knoxville Harley Davidson to shop. Our sales associate, Nikki, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us find the items that we were looking for and was friendly.

The shop is great, loaded with a variety of bikes and all kinds of gear! As good as the shop is the employees are better. All the employees are great. I recently bought a used bike there. Ernie, and Jeff were very good to me. Worked with me to get me out the door with a bike. Met the staff, and all were helpful.

I purchased a flat bill and a tee. I had reservations about the size of the cap, one associate went to the caps to find a different size (teamwork) while I pulled up a pic of my friend to get a general idea. She reassured me that if it did not fit we could bring it back in (return policy guidelines here) It was a great fit and he loved it! Thanks ladies!

I was recently returning home from Run For The Wall and I needed a 10,000 mile service. The service department was extremely professional and helpful! I would like to acknowledge and thank David Grant, Eric Anderson and Nate Turner, the master technician who worked on my bike. They re some of the best Harley Dealership employees I ve worked with over the years. Nate performed a very thorough service on my bike and explained ever part of it to me. All three individuals are also veterans who served in the Marine Corps, Navy and Army. Thank you guys for your service and for taking care of my Road Glide!

From Louisville and we stopped in Knoxville HD on 17 Oct 20 to have the service department look at a low tire. While there spent the time looking around the store and hoping to get some advice on scenic routes to ride. Was overwhelmed by the friendly people that worked there. We made a detour on the way back to Nashville and decided to get a new helmet. Jessie and Maleah were the 2 most helpful employees I have ever encountered at a Harley store. Kudos to you girls for your fantastic attitudes and attention to customer needs!

I was fixing to buy a new set of stock Dunlops for my Streetglide. I already had an online price at 20% off and free delivery to my house. At the last minute I decided to call Knox Harley on Clinton Hwy. and found their price to be within $16 so I immediately drove down and got two new tires from JD. They were very competitively priced and extremely fresh tires.

I had some work done on my bike just a few months ago around $2500 worth everyone involved was very professional and courteous I would highly recommend the Harley Shop on Clinton highway to anyone

My Goldwing died on me yesterday (Monday) my insurer called a tow service, the Honda Dealership on Clinton Hwy next to the Harley place, was closed. The towing agent took me to several places, all closed. We wound up at the Harley Dealership (they were open) told them our problem, they graciously agreed to take my bike overnight and roll it over to the Honda Shop the next day. I just wanted to say, the Harley personnel could not have been nicer and more helpful and it's what I love about East Tennessee. Thanks guys!

Just wanted to let you know that we had great sales service from Maleah. She was awesome! I had a a certain boot I was looking for and suggested a different boot and let me walk around the store to see how comfy they were. Thanks again Maleah!!!!

Great experience with them. I live close by, had a wreck on my Harley, so had my insurance company take it to them.
They had my bike fixed pretty quickly. As soon as the insurance company sent them the check work started.
I m still injured and cannot ride. I called them trying to straighten out who was picking up my bike, and they delivered it for free to me and parked it for me.
Great service and Otis kept me informed while work was going on.

Stopped in for 1000 mile service and these folks not only made time for us, they also helped me with some lowering shocks! No appointment necessary ... these guys are awesome!
