Although the staff is good we still have a problem...

Although the staff is good we still have a problem that is on going that needs to be resolved. My husband called and orderdoa part 9 days ago. They took our money out of our account and told him it will be in in 7 days. He called on the 7th day and they told him his part had not come in. He called the next day and they told him they didn't know what was going on. He called again the next day which was the 9th day and they manager told him that the part was to old to have around anymore. And they didn't know what to tell him. Now they have our money and still no part. And they won't refund. Now my husband has been spending $60 a day on urber to get back n forth to work cuz he was waiting on a part that the Harley dealership did not order and took our money. IDK what to do. Sue
