You should provide more cleaning staff for taxi/Uber waiting area. It's condition not humane.

The number of restrooms are not enough. Either stop charging each car $4 or use some of it to improve services...

During these Covid-19 times while us 'sacraficial'...

During these Covid-19 times while us 'sacraficial' workers are stilling having to travel to work to keep the country afloat, not only are the airlines cancelling our flights on the daily leaving us in the lurch and not refunding the costs but when you take 2 min to hug your wife and children good buy (because dependant on the government changing their mind all the time you don't know when you'll see them again) you get asked/told to move on as your in a drop off/pick up area with no other vehicles in site!!!!

It's absolutely disgusting and immoral!!!

BAC pull your finger out and have some compassion!

I work on the tarmac at Brisbane Airport and over the past 14 years as a aircraft refueller I have noticed time and time again how much water is wasted filing up international aircraft.
On matter how many times you turn the water off when you see this happening, there will be dozens more aircraft it s happening to in a 24 hour period.
I have tried speaking to the BAC ground staff , but they keep saying it is a low priority, my last attempt to tell BAC ground staff he thought it wasn t important enough, I wish I had got his name, as I said to him , tell the people who have got no water in their water tanks and country towns that have no water in their dams , they might have something to say about that.
We are not talking about a small amount of water, we are talking hundreds if not thousands of litres on some aircraft.
It is heart breaking to see that much water evaporate into thin air.
I have spoken to airlines representative to try and make them aware of the problem, but to date nothing.
Not sure what it will take to get to sorted and how far up the chain you have to go .

No staff bathrooms or designated signed staff parking at skygate shopping centre so when it's busy we are all screwed and paid parking staff rates are ridiculous for casual staff. Thanks for nothing BAC

Had an incident at the security gate. The guard wouldn't allow me to go through the metal detectors with my walking stick and made me hobble through in pain, then wouldn't accept that I have metal in my body an wanted me to "prove" where it was. Missed seeing off my sister as a result of not being allowed through.
Complaints to airport corporation got nowhere. Not even a reply after asking me for details.
Very distressing and not happy.
