Great selection on bikes, friendly helpful sales people

The absolute best parts department I have ever dealt with. Mr JD Vincent is the most knowledgeable and nicest part guy I have ever met. Not only was he able to find the parts I needed for forward control and handle bar conversations on my 83 FXR. He's also was able to point me in the right direction to find the parts that have been discontinued by Harley. He's such a great asset to Knoxville Harley. If you're looking for parts for any year model Harley JD Vincent is the man to see.

What a great experience!! Mike Chef was super professional and helpful with all the questions we had. I haven t had a bike in several years, and I had soooo many questions! He answered all our questions and didn t pressure us into any specific bike. We are so appreciative of his product knowledge and patience with us. Everyone is so friendly however we we're told it would take 5 days for our kicksranf yo come in. We are now on DAY 16 and still no kickstand. We we're finally told it was on back order after 2 weeks of waiting. We should have been told upfront!

Those guys have been supportive of my restaurant(Bojangles,Lenoir City),and allow us to help anytime there are events,always BoTime at the Harley Shop on Lovell Rd

Harley Davidson on Clinton Hwy is the ONLY shop we have gone to for service on our Street Glide for the past seven years. We drive 40 minutes out of our way just to see J.D. Vincent and the crew! Heck, we go see J.D. even when we aren t getting work done! It s always a good time at HD Clinton Hwy!!!!!

Your service, the quality of the work, and the consistently pleasant and positive attitude at Harley-Davidson of Knoxville have been second to none. Just left the Knoxville Harley Davidson Store, Great store and very well stocked with merchandise and Harley's. I really wanted a shirt from there and couldn't find my size. Jessie went out of her way to find me a shirt in the size that fit me good ( the shirts run so small, it's a Harley thing.) She could tell me the shirts that run true to size and the ones that run a little smaller. Very pleased with the knowledge of Jessie and with this store. Also got a free poker chip with the map. Doc and the rest of the Harley-Davidson of Knoxville crew are truly amazing. Have bought bikes from other dealers in the area and it was truly an eye opening experience into the HD Life. The customer service doesn't stop at the end of a sale. Went back a few days after we purchased a bike and Doc was quick to answer any and all questions, as well as the guys in the parts department. If HD would not be able to sell me on the bikes, HD Knoxville definitely would. With out a doubt, I will be purchasing another bike from HD Knoxville very soon.

I had called HD of Knoxville and spoke with Tonya Pena about a Bluetooth helmet that would work with my bike stereo. She researched and emailed me back in no time. She was filled with knowledge. (After receiving wrong info from another HD dealer and a cycle shop). I made my purchase from tonya and will make the trip for my other needs. More HD dealers need people like Tonya. Very informative personnel. Plenty to select from. Prices very per bike and items. Easy to locate from road. Decent parking, clean showroom, wheelchair accessible. Very comfortable atmosphere to look around.

I knew exactly the bike I wanted. Got it out the door for under the MSRP. My price included a full one year warranty. Been to many HD shops but my sales associate Ken Mayse, and all others involved made this an excellent choice. No BS about why they are better or why something could not be as I expected. Just plain honest straight up business people that can be trusted to treat you right. I can heartily recommend this dealership, and I will not hesitate to do further business with them.

This Harley shop is the best around! I'd go out of my way to get here if I wasn't close. J.D. is awesome and very helpful with all your needs and wants. He knows the store and knows Harley inside and out. If you go in ask for him he will give ya the best deals and best information about H-D!

JD in parts has helped me numerous times as I accessorize my 2018 Street Glide. Trust is something hard to find and unable to buy. He answers my dumb questions too.

Last week I was looking to upgrade my bike to a newer model and I visited KHD. Doc was a knowledgeable salesman and was very patient as I had tons of questions. Nikki in clothing was very helpful in assisting me with needed purchases. Tracey in parts was extremely helpful in answering many questions regarding upgrades and accessories I purchased as well as for upcoming purchases. Tracey is a wealth of knowledge and was very instrumental in my decision to upgrade to my new 2017 Ultra Limited Low. I'm very happy with the crew at KHD and will definitely be a customer for years to come.

Do not shop here if you are not a white person. This is the worst shopping experience i have ever had period in this state.
I have been looking for the perfect harley for myself for over 2 months. I had narrowed it
down to the nightster or the 48. Anyway one was finally located for me at this place. I even had the harley salesperson i had been working with at another store call ahead and let them know I was coming.
My son who is 9 came along with me. From the time we walked in to the time we left we were stared at and followed around but NEVER spoken to. Not a hello, not a can i help you nothing. However we were followed everywhere we went. I guess they were afraid we would steal a bike. At one point my 9 year old son asked me "why was everyone staring at us. This was on saturday the 27th of october. The sad thing is i could have bought any vehicle in the shop my credit is over 800 and i had 2k in cash to put as a downpayment. The bike itself was only 7k. I don't even think I want a harley anymore. Good luck if you shop here

If you're looking for parts for your HD, ask for JD! He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable for all your bike parts needs. JD went the extra 10 miles helping me to customize my 2015 HD Roadglide and even pointed out the good and the bad parts I was considering on buying. He will not steer you wrong. As soon as we walked in the store, we were greeted and taken care of. All our questions were answered professionally. I left with my first Harley Davidson. Couldn't be any more satisfied.

I ordered a set of Harley Davidson Detachable Saddlebags from Knoxville Harley Davidson for my 2013 Fatboy Lo on Vetrans Day 11/11/2019. Saddlebags, docking hardware and rear tail light relocation kit. T. Smith ordered the bags and accessories for me. Great guy. I went to pick them up today and J D Vincent gave me my order. As in years past everything I order J D usually gets it for me. I guess that's the reason J D knew me by name before I got to the counter. Anyway the bags are great. All leather, the parts I ordered was correct. I thought I would pass on that I am extremely satisfied with the service I got from Knoxville Harley Davidson and the staff.

When they didn t have the exact bike I wanted she called the Clinton Hwy store and coordinated with them to have the bike transferred across town. She worked with me on getting a fair trade in price, and an excellent price on the new bike. I would highly recommend this family of stores and especially Sarah for your next Harley Davidson purchase.

My son and I wanted to sup rise my husband with a new Harley for his 50th Birthday. We went to Knoxville Harley and talk to Mike. He was wonderful to work with. He even came on his Friday off to deliver the bike to my house.

The only Dixxon Flannel dealer around! I found out on FB that they started carrying them and went to check them out the next day. They had several options available. Nikki was super friendly and helped pick out the perfect flannel. TOP QUALITY service and product!

Went in one afternoon looking to trade my Honda in on a Harley. THE minute I walked in the door, I was greeted buy 'Rodeo'. Not pushy at all. Asked all the right questions, gave all honest answers. I picked a couple of bikes out and took them out for a test run. Told him the bike I liked, a used 2010 Electra Glide, told him where I wanted to be on the price. Understandably he had to check with the sales manager. A price was agreed on. While we were getting to the paper work, 'Stubs', the sales manager came out and offered me a better deal on a NEW 2014 FLHTCU. Couldn't pass the deal up.

I was introduced to all the employees in the show room, parts, and service. All were friendly and to this day, still remember both my wife (ah, whats her name) and I. Made us feel at home being there.

I would recommend this dealership as a first stop in any purchase.

There aren't any bad dealerships in the Knoxville area, but the Honda-Yamaha-Suzuki dealer on Clinton Highway is my go-to dealership for parts. Sadly, the service department hesitates to work on bikes as old as most of my scoots, so I have to go elsewhere for service.

"We came into the Clinton Hwy. store yesterday 6-30-19 and Nikki helped us and she was great. My husband was looking for waterproof boots for an upcomming trip and she did a great job helping him with several boots and sizes. He got his boots and was greatful for all the information she gave on all the diffrent boots. Anyone going into the store look up Nikki and she will help you with anything you need. Thanks Nikki!!
