TempForce Review

When I submitted my resume, I received a response within minutes! They contacted me right away to set me up for an interview to meet with them. When I came in to the office everyone was very professional and friendly! I met with Lou and she talked with me to determine the best fit for me and offered suggestions, she even helped offer suggestions on places to live, as we were relocating to Gainesville! Throughout the whole process I was very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism! Lou always responded to my messages in a timely manner and worked hard to find the right position for me, which she did!!! I cant thank them enough for everything they did for me!! It will not be forgotten! :-)

Tempforce was able to plug me into the exact spot I needed to be for my career. I recently graduated from UF and wanted to go into Marketing, and Tempforce came through with a fantastic job working in the field with a good pay. It took about three weeks from the time of my initial application online to the time I was officially hired, but this was not entirely their fault for a number of reasons. They're very friendly and genuinely want to see everyone who comes through their door succeed. Overall, I had an incredibly positive experience with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Mrs. Leslie has been very helpful, she responds in always timely manner. Place you in really nice jobs, they feel will suit you. Overall, nice people and I've had a nice experience with them.

Not at all pleasant experience. They will not accommodate a simple interview with their own agency, even if you tell them that you are working person & are in Gainesville for only 2 days.
Will not recommend for anyone who is relocating. They won't adjust as per your schedule or consider you are working professional

A complete waste of time. They had me come in several times only to not assist me in finding employment. My messages were not returned and the skills test is outdated and irrelevant in today's workforce. I was very disappointed in my experience with this agency.

They were very helpful and accommodating with getting me a job. They were always in contact with me when they found something I might be interested in and checked with me to see if it was something I wanted to do before sending my resume over. Would recommend them to all my friends.

Signed up a year and a half ago. Ms. Carolyn along with Lou, Rose, Ray and Rachel & everyone else is absolutely awesome. They really understand what type of work i am looking for. All the job placements are perfect for me. They will go out of their way to accommodate if they can. Need a job, check them out. Way to go Temp Force.

I moved to Gainesville in 2011 and went to Temp Force to find me a great job in this community. They are professional and know how to place the right people at the right company. I did a few temp positions they had open while they looked for the right permanent placement for me, with my skill and education. When that position came available - it was a perfect fit! I work for that same company to this day! Love them, and I send anyone I know to them!

My experience with Temp Force was very negative. I was working with Lou and she negatively critiqued my resume and was very sarcastic towards the jobs I had previously held. I met with her on Monday, she told me to contact her back on Thursday in reference to a potential job I qualified for as well as aced the exams for the position. I called her numerous times on Thursday, left several voice mails, and she never answered nor returned any of my phones calls. I proceeded to call her on and off for about 2 weeks following our appointment, yet again she failed to answer or returned any of my calls. Luckily, I was quickly hired and I no longer had to deal with them. I felt like they were not trying to help me at all. I definitely will not be returning to Temp Force if and when I may need them in the future.

Its been 3 weeks sinced i apllied to this company, and i have not yet been called to work, or even to see if anything was missing from my application. I do not recommend this "Job agency to none".

Went to ask a simple question and one of the ladies attending there wasreally rude. She ignored me for a while and then shut the partition glass when I was in the middle of a question. VERY rude. Thankfully, there was another attendant there that was nice.

Leslie and Lou have been amazing! I was sent on an assignment shortly after applying, and it may become permanent. I've been there four months, and love it! Payroll is processed quickly and accurately, so I've never had a single issue getting my correct weekly check. Plus, I was able to copy my time sheet, and all I have to do is fax it over. So easy! The staff is always friendly, and this has been a fantastic experience! I highly recommend them! :)

My experience with Temp Force has been nothing short of frustrating. My main contact there has been Lou and in the almost two months that I've been in touch with her has done nothing to help me find a job nor can she even remember my name or who I am. Whenever I call it is near impossible to get her on the phone, none of my voicemails are ever returned week after week and in the rare instance that I am able to get her on the phone she is rushed and eager to get me off the line without answering any of my questions or addressing any of my concerns. She has sent my resume to only one company during these two months even though she assures me that there are new jobs coming in every week. Needless to say I haven't been sent out anywhere. If you are in need of a job, don't even bother to waste your time with Lou and if she is assigned to you, take your business elsewhere or search on your own. The only positive experience I have had here was with Alescia though very unfortunately for me, she does not cover my field of employment. She is kind, courteous, incredibly helpful, and will take the time to answer all of your questions in an informative and professional manner.

My small business hires through Temp Force. We can depend on Temp Force for excellent service for both temps and permanent hires. They've been in business for several decades...clearly because of their commitment to both employers and employees.

Great people to work with, Mrs. Rose and Miss Rachel are very helpful and respectful.

Biggest waste of time in Gainesville. I spent 2 hours in the waiting room and was finally called back to meet a rude, bitter woman which spoke to me for 10 minutes about a previous job I worked at than printed out an info paper. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

My experience with Temp Force has always been great. I worked as a Temp in college and then had the opportunity to become a part of their staff in my last two years of college and for a few months after graduation. Over the years both my wife and I have had temp jobs through them at different times when we were available or if they needed someone for a particular position. Great service, integrity and excellent results are always descriptive of Temp Force!

I have been working with Tempforce on and off since 2015 and I must say I love the staff at Tempforce. I have worked directly between Lou and Rose and both of them have worked hard in helping me find work consistently. And that is what I love about them. They have never gave up on me and have delivered a Superb experience for me throughout the years and now.

I worked with TempForce about a year and a half ago. It was for a direct hire job, Lou contacted me about from my resume online. I went in for an interview and fill out an application with her, a day or so later with company, couple days later the drug test and within 2 weeks was working for the new company. I am still currently working for that company was it was a great fit for what I do. Nice, fast, and easy process.

They handle my pay for an internship and it s very easy to log hours and keep track of your paycheck.

sometimes your actions and the words we chose to use can either lift someone up or bring them dawn. I heard a lot of good things about this place but with the experience that a loved one just had shows me that people attitude change to what is convenient for them at the time. criticizing a resume and ripping it in someone face then not even wanting to shake their hand is just not professional at all not to mention rude and disrespectful and that say a lot about a person.
