Beautiful resort. Staff was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here when we come back.

We dined in this restaurant last week with my friends and it was pretty amazing. The staffs were so nice and the server Donna was a great server. She took care of us. Everything is so professional that i really wanna go back again. This place is a must visit.

I had breakfast at Latitude and it was delicious. Marvin was so nice and helpful. Will recommend to my friends.

I was in town speaking at a convention and this is where I stayed. Was a great place but guest services didn't have things organized very well. On a 4 day event I had to move rooms twice. I did eat at the restaurant and the food was wonderful. The staff where friendly and helpful. Other than having to pack up and move rooms this was a great place to stay

I like this place a lot... the Valentine's menu at Voyager's wasn't for me. I once had the whole snapper there- beat the socks off of everything on the V-day menu. The desserts weren't the best. Just saying...

The rooms are great and the beds are comfy. The staff is very nice and helpful.

We always make sure to go here several times anytime we're in Orange Beach. The breakfast buffet is great. We aren't normally "buffet" type people due to the difficulty in keeping them clean, but this is the exception. Glenda and Robby will special orders eggs for you and they're included in the buffet price. They are extremely well done with loads of toppings. Kate and, especially Marvin, are exceptional servers who go above and beyond the expected service. I tend to judge how good a server is by how long my glass sits empty but that doesn't happen here. On the contrary, Marvin knew exactly what we typically order to drink even though it's been 6 months since the last time we were here. Impressive indeed. Highly recommended!

Very nice resort, great place to hold a conference, stay very helpful and professional, amenities very nice. Pool and access to beach is a nice bonus.

Beautiful resort with great ocean views. Balconies are small but nice. Breakfast was tasty

Service was not that great in latitude 30.Dirty dishes in Breakfast buffet by toaster were just sitting there were you make toast or bagel.saw employee use his broom to sweep food off the table onto the floor.Extremely slow elevator.waiter and waitress were confused on who ordered different food.kept coming to table and asking did you order this or that.if health department would have came in to see dirty dishes piled up at toaster station,would have been a fine. .rooms were very neat and clean.

Me and my family went there for the first time last March and going again this coming March. Such a beautiful resort with delicious food and such nice people with a beautiful view at our room definitely recommend coming to orange beach and staying at Perdido Beach resort

It has nice food, beautiful view, the beds are comfy, the rooms are classy, and they keep the place clean!

Drinks are over priced but it was good with everything else.

Nice rooms and helpful staff. The prime rib was so-so, but for 16 bucks I wouldn't expect a life changing cut of meat.

We attended the New Year's Eve Voyager party and it was great:). From the delicious dinner to the fun band, organized setting and light show, it was the perfect night of celebration. We plan on coming back

Perdido Beach Resort is a pretty expensive hotel by Orange Beach. I would recommend it.

WOW! It doesn't get any better than this. There are many fine restaurants in Orange Beach but only one Voyagers! The service and food and can't be touched. Try it next visit.

My husband and I stayed at Perdido Beach Resort during our drive from Miami to Salt Lake City. My husband was moving back from 10 months away for school and therefore had quite a lot of luggage and belongings. The bell boy Nathan was so kind and willing to help bring all the very heavy items to our room and back down the next day without complaining or seeming frustrated with us...which I think most would have given the amount of stuff we had! The hotel also was awesome, beautiful views, amazing private beach, good food in the restaurants...maybe next time we can bring the kiddos, they would love it!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Perdido Beach Resort. We will be returning!

Our experience was wonderful! We was on the club level and Brittany in the lounge was excellent any thing we needed she got it for us. Our view was breathtaking. It is a beautiful resort.

Our stay was fantastic. Everyone was quite helpful and professional. One young lady, Ashlea, was in front of the hotel telling us where to register and she helped with getting someone to get our car from the valet services. She was always cheerful and helpful. She gets a 5 star rating. Thank you

I stopped in specifically to hear a certain person singing in the lounge. Valet was very helpful, concierge was very helpful. Turns out a different person was singing that night and while I waited to hear the person sing to determine if I wanted to stay or not, the valet noticed I was still there and checked in with me, made me feel warm and welcome even though I was not a guest staying at the hotel. Very pretty decor in the main lobby. Located on some stunning beaches, also just across the bridge from a large State Park.

This property never disappoints! Exceptionally clean, friendly staff, excellent views, wonderful lounge area. We've been there several times and have never once had a single bad experience.

Old rooms, Wi-Fi doesn't work. Clean. Small toilets.

Room 2012 was small but clean. The pool and staff were both great. Greg at the patio bar and Stacey at the lobby bar were the best bartenders we've ever had. We'll definitely be back next year!

Although this is a beautiful property, my husband and I were treated very poorly. We chose to stay here for our 27th wedding anniversary but was very disappointed when we discovered that our room had no heat after having already unpacked and ready for bed. After several intrusive visits from maintenance, we had to pack up again, go through the main lobby in our pajamas and move to another room. It very inconvenient and rather embarrassing and really interfered with our quality time. The resort was pretty unapologetic and we were not offered any type of discount or future stay. Very disappointed in the way were treated and will not be returning.

Ok hotel, room was nice but dated. Right on the beach, not really much within walking distance. Nice pool, breakfast was WAY overpriced, had an issue with the valet parking. I'd stay here again if the price was right.

The Perdido Beach Resort is pure heaven on the Gulf Coast. We have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The accommodations, amenities, and staff are all 5 star. If you choose this resort (and I highly recommend that you do), make sure to visit Latitude 30 for lunch, try the grouper Reuben, and ask for Joanne. She will take care of you! Once you stay at the Perdido Beach Resort, you will never stay anywhere else on the Gulf Coast.

Beach access was great. The pool was beautiful. Ice machine was broken as well as the microwave, for the price that was paid.. it would have been nice for it to work.

I have stayed at this resort with my family a total of four or five times. I even invited my neighbors (two different households plus mine) to come along. I have enjoyed it so much every time except for our most recent and last stay. There is a bartender there by the name of Brooke who I will say was the worst person I have ever met in my life. She seemed like she did not want to be there. She had the ugliest attitudes I have ever came across in my life. She called me a B**** and was hollering. I was there for Memorial weekend and maybe she could not handle the stress of the crowd the holiday brought. I went to find a manager and ended up speaking to the General Manager of the resort. I explained to him the situation. He stated he would get back to me but, never did. So, for every good restaurant, every other friendly staff member, wonderful proximity to the beach, and an excellent pool area the service or lack of should I say has made me not want to ever step foot in that place ever again. I think someone being a decent human being towards others is not asking for much. If it wasn t for the other wonderful staff I d give this place one star.

The Resort was wonderful friendly and very nice . Now our room is definitely new and several thing I need to say. The room need a microwave and another mirror . And we ate at the Latitude restaurant and our waiter MARVIN WAS FANTASTIC! Please let his manager know.

Perdido Beach Resort was a nice experience. I would like to mention an experienced employee name Marvin as an excellent example of an employee. I myself help run a business and realized his professionalism and outstanding customer service. I will return to this location for local vacation.

Great place to stay if and when in orange beach area. Great location, easy beach access, and great views.

Food good, pool area fantastic, bartenders outside wonderful. Valet/ luggage awful, rude, not enough luggage carts, etc. Really started visit poorly. Stupid towel policy, all about them not the guest. Inside bar area, doesn't allow kids at tables or balcony after 6, no signage or information, again rudley told after drink order. Need better customer service all the way around.

It was nice but the beds are not that comfortable and the air condition is not near cool enough but it's on the beach and it has a great pool for kids and we had a great steak in the restaurant

We just got back from a stay there, and this place is mediocre at best. The food isn't very good, the staff is not very friendly, and the parking lot flooded during our stay. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because it is located on the beach and the bartenders have a generous hand.

I LOVED my server MARVELOUS MARVIN his service was top of the line. He recommended Snapper Ruben which was WONDERFUL the best I have every had!!! He also prescribed a Stress Reliver it was the perfect drink for my lunch. Great service and excellent food highly recommened!!!!

I just went to work there as a concierge & can say tho a pricey resort, their attention to detail in customer service is 2bd to none I have EVER encountered! A bit biased I might be but I know also how to be objective in assessing anything.

Our stay here was excellent. The rooms were clean and ready for us. The restaurants were also great. Service was excellent. I will definitely come back.

In house restaurants and ice cream shop. Pool side bar and live music. Offer beach lounge chairs for rental and reservation for multiple days. They also offer beach towels for check-out by providing your room number. In-room refrigerator, apx 4' tall w/small freezer.

Beautiful resort and great views and access to the beach. Staff was very friendly and enjoyed the on site restaurants. Only real concern was cleanliness in the hot tub and indoor pool areas and vacuuming needed to be done in our floor aisles.

Nice place friendly staff. Awesome place for family. Had a problem with our room - staff were on it right away. Buffet was pricing during the week. Why is the buffet less money on weekends - it's the same buffet! Should be $9.95 everyday! Besides that - will be back.

for a simple overnight much needed get away my husband and I was absolutely impressed! everyone made us feel like we was at home. we fell in love with the breathtaking view of 8016!!!!!
when we got ready to leave we asked could we possibly see a room with 2 queen in it as we want to bring our children back and without a hesitation they allowed us to. we will be returning in a few weeks because the pass view was just as beautiful!! I will be counting down till we come back.

Hey #PerdidoBeachResort at your breakfast buffet y'all need to put out a self serve beverage bar so there would be better service. Or, try finding servers that know how to bring ordered items to the table. Guess if you want ketchup or hot sauce you'll have to get that for yourself too.
