I can t express more how bad of an experience this...

I can t express more how bad of an experience this airline has given us the past couple of days. We have been stranded at the airport with little to no communication about when or if we are leaving for our vacation. Of course they will not take any liability for the vacation we booked through a travel agency. Even our travel agent told us this never happens. I guess it was bad luck on our part, but the lack of communication and willingness to get the problem solved is really what makes the airline unusable. I will never use this airline again and I hope whoever reads this review steers clear from using them as well.

We have been stranded at Columbus Airport for two days. This airline has had terrible communication and does not seem to care at all about the situation. There is little to no effort to find a resolution to this nightmare situation. I strongly encourage you to tell everyone you know to never use this airline. You could get to your destination more efficiently by walking...even when heading overseas.

Good experience on our nonstop round trip flights ...

Good experience on our nonstop round trip flights from Kansas City to Punta Cana. Check in was easy. Take off was on time. On the flight home we were an hour ahead of schedule. Seat and leg room is average.
Only negative there is no entertainment so bring your own device to listen to or watch movies and since there is no food service make sure you don't get on the flight hungry :). Beverage service is provided.
