My experience with Temp Force has been nothing short of frustrating. My main contact there has been Lou and in the almost two months that I've been in touch with her has done nothing to help me find a job nor can she even remember my name or who I am. Whenever I call it is near impossible to get her on the phone, none of my voicemails are ever returned week after week and in the rare instance that I am able to get her on the phone she is rushed and eager to get me off the line without answering any of my questions or addressing any of my concerns. She has sent my resume to only one company during these two months even though she assures me that there are new jobs coming in every week. Needless to say I haven't been sent out anywhere. If you are in need of a job, don't even bother to waste your time with Lou and if she is assigned to you, take your business elsewhere or search on your own. The only positive experience I have had here was with Alescia though very unfortunately for me, she does not cover my field of employment. She is kind, courteous, incredibly helpful, and will take the time to answer all of your questions in an informative and professional manner.
