sometimes your actions and the words we chose to use can either lift someone up or bring them dawn. I heard a lot of good things about this place but with the experience that a loved one just had shows me that people attitude change to what is convenient for them at the time. criticizing a resume and ripping it in someone face then not even wanting to shake their hand is just not professional at all not to mention rude and disrespectful and that say a lot about a person.
