Fantastic level of service from Chris, I was having reception issues in Joondalup & I found TeleWest's flyer in the mail so I gave Chris a call and he was here within a couple of hours.
Chris took the time to explain to me the reasoning behind the issues I was having & suggested an economical fix to my problem.
The job was completed within an hour & it came in cheaper than quoted as there were materials that Chris found were not needed, he then went through every TV making sure that I was 100% happy with the job he had done.

I arranged for Chris from Telewest to visit my Mum as she'd had problems with her ABC channels for quite some time.
He was there on time and quickly found out what was
wrong. Re-tuned both her tvs while he was there too.
Very pleased and have recommended to a neighbour now, as well.

Chris arrived promptly, diagnosed our fault within 5 minutes and installed a new digital antenna to replace old analogue antenna. He also made us a better cable. Our TV reception signal is now amazing. Would highly recommend Telewest TV Antennas.

Hired Telewest through Hipages which they answered immediately. Viewing the problem was organised promptly for a Saturday morning. Knowledable diagnosis of problem was given and advice of what was needed Acceptable quote given and work done immediately. Perfect picture resulted. Highly recommended

I spoke to Chris 5 days before Christmas expecting the "we're very busy and wont be able to see you until the New Year" fob off but instead he offered a time slot between 1300 and 1600 that afternoon, which I accepted. He arrive at 1500, checked out my situation, explained ( and demonstrated) my problem and gave me a solution. By just after 1600 he had fixed the problem to my great relief, cleaned up and was ready to leave. The cost was very reasonable. A very competent and professional, while still being pleasant and answering all questions, person and company. I have no hesitation in recommending TeleWest's services to anyone who requires them.
