I spoke to Chris 5 days before Christmas expecting...

I spoke to Chris 5 days before Christmas expecting the "we're very busy and wont be able to see you until the New Year" fob off but instead he offered a time slot between 1300 and 1600 that afternoon, which I accepted. He arrive at 1500, checked out my situation, explained ( and demonstrated) my problem and gave me a solution. By just after 1600 he had fixed the problem to my great relief, cleaned up and was ready to leave. The cost was very reasonable. A very competent and professional, while still being pleasant and answering all questions, person and company. I have no hesitation in recommending TeleWest's services to anyone who requires them.
