The owner does not know about repairing, and does not have responsibility. Not professional, Not kind. He was very confident even though he couldn't do anything with my instrument.

The store is small. The guy sales mostly violins. I spoke to the owner and I believe he understands that customer curtesy is the number one priority in business. He has big plans to reconstruct and improve certain aspects in business and will promote his services to people of all cultures without discrimination. He just wants to be labeled as a good successful unbiased business man.
