Female staff member, (blue eyes, light brown hair) went out of her way for over 40mins dealing with my query, she done everything possible, kind, considerate, patient and above all customer focused. Even though the size of jacket I required was not available I still left with the original purchase a happy customer. A gem of a staff member. Also a shout out to Kevin he was really helpful. Great staff, great store and great clothing range.

UPDATE - managed to get my size of jacket online that was required going by the advice given to me on my previous visit in store by (Blue eyes and light brown hair). Picked it up from the store today and tried it on, was served by 'blue eyes' again (her name is 'Charlotte') a fantastic staff member. Helped me try the jacket on, to making sure I was happy with the purchase before I left. I wish all retail staff were like this, it has been a while since I have come across such an attentive staff member as her. Ted Baker should take pride in having her as an employee. Oh and the jacket is amazing cannot fault it : )

perhaps i am the only case here, but the customer service i have recieved did not reflect what i would expect from a quality brand. The issue i have faced (Faulty product) after 2 months of wear is not expected of ted baker (shoes), the store staff wasted alot of my time and then advised that there is nothing they can do about it. Any other brand would have accepted that their product was faulty as this can happen and provided with adequate solution. Unfortunately Ted Baker Glasgow (Buchanan Street) store decided its better to shuu people off and bluntly and rudely tell them to go away. i am very disappointed as I do like Ted Baker products ... but knowing i will not be recieving good customer service or support should things go wrong ... I am having my doubts...

Was in town for Christmas shopping and can only compare and contrast with Jo malone where I came from. Jo Malone Staff were so polite, professional, I bought a product, they gift wrapped it beautifully and put it in a lovely bag. From there I went to ted Baker Buchanan street which was the polar opposite, the first chap was actually nice To be fair but then it went downhill. I picked up a gift set which cost more than I spent in jo malone, went to the till, the girl was folding clothes and completely ignore me for a few minutes, she almost seemed annoyed by me wanting to buy something, so eventually grabbed my gift without acknowledging me and proceeded to throw it into a cheap tacky bag that had SALE 50% off plastered in it despite my item not being a sale item. No offer of presenting it nice when it s obviously a Christmas gift. Do they expect me to hand over the gift In a cheap bag that says sale?? To be honest wish I handed it back, but needless to say won t be going back again.

A awesome shop with proper use of pops through out in interior. Comparatively great latest collection of women wears with lot of variety compared to men's collection. Staff is nice as well . Even the changing room inside the shop looks classic. Would recommend very fashionable person to visit at least once to check the latest collection from them.

Completely love the clothing from here one of my favourite brands. Everything in it is very nice men and women and of great quality. I have bought shoes and wallets here before and have been very happy with the quality and longevity of the items, lasting for years. Would definitely recommend this shop and brand

Lovely shop with very helpful staff. Big thank you to the sweet girl who was very patient with me ( navy leather jacket on Black Friday!) and the very friendly guy from Mexico at the cash. Will definitely revisit this store.

Ted baker store in Buchanan Street the image was taken on 18/04/2018. Just goes to show latest fashions from Ted Baker. The shop is always well stoked with latest range You can see from image that Blue and white seem to be colours this year for ladieswear and grey colours for casual dress wear. Great shop to visit when your in Glasgow.

Quality is decent but a bit overpriced. Everyone is really friendly. customer service is really really good. Also students get 15% off too so that's always a bonus for getting those prom/graduation dresses and suits in :)
