perhaps i am the only case here, but the customer service i have recieved did not reflect what i would expect from a quality brand. The issue i have faced (Faulty product) after 2 months of wear is not expected of ted baker (shoes), the store staff wasted alot of my time and then advised that there is nothing they can do about it. Any other brand would have accepted that their product was faulty as this can happen and provided with adequate solution. Unfortunately Ted Baker Glasgow (Buchanan Street) store decided its better to shuu people off and bluntly and rudely tell them to go away. i am very disappointed as I do like Ted Baker products ... but knowing i will not be recieving good customer service or support should things go wrong ... I am having my doubts...
