Was in town for Christmas shopping and can only compare and contrast with Jo malone where I came from. Jo Malone Staff were so polite, professional, I bought a product, they gift wrapped it beautifully and put it in a lovely bag. From there I went to ted Baker Buchanan street which was the polar opposite, the first chap was actually nice To be fair but then it went downhill. I picked up a gift set which cost more than I spent in jo malone, went to the till, the girl was folding clothes and completely ignore me for a few minutes, she almost seemed annoyed by me wanting to buy something, so eventually grabbed my gift without acknowledging me and proceeded to throw it into a cheap tacky bag that had SALE 50% off plastered in it despite my item not being a sale item. No offer of presenting it nice when it s obviously a Christmas gift. Do they expect me to hand over the gift In a cheap bag that says sale?? To be honest wish I handed it back, but needless to say won t be going back again.
