Great to have 2-1-1 as a resource for those with needs.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. All because of a 211 rep named Heather. I called to get information on available resources for housing in my area and she was very unhelpful and insensitive to my current situation and snapped at me that the shelter was the only thing other than a single website she gave me. For HUD housing. I will never call this place again. Thanks for all your help.

Didn't get to explore much of the place but nice meeting place!

Everyone is warm, inviting, and caring. Each employee truly cares about working to meet the needs in the community. Wonderful people, wonderful organization.

Car broke down pulled into their parking.. could drive 2 more feet with in 2 min the receptionist come out yelling about how I couldn't park there and would be towed. I thought the united way was for helping people... Apparently not in Wichita.
