We had a problem with our laptop, which my husband uses for work. Mr. Doney met my husband near our home, diagnosed the problem in a couple of hours, and had the laptop back in our hands within three days. We couldn't have asked for better service ... especially in a small town. I wish we could award six stars, but we'll settle for five.

I took in my Sony lap top. I was told it needed a new hard drive and that nothing on my existing hard drive could be saved. It took nearly 2 weeks and I picked up my lap top and took it home and began the arduous task of reloading programs, etc. only to find my computer was still not operating properly. I took it to a different shop to find out that the hard drive had not been replaced and I needed a new one. I would have had more respect if I had been told that they could not fix it, than to say it was fixed and it had not been.
Tech Support Computer Services Is not Closed!!. We have Moved locations. The phone number is still the same. As for Mr Harding's review, We were NEVER notified of any problems in any way. Had we been, The NEW hard drive that was installed would have been FULLY warranted At NO CHARGE; as is true with all our repairs. During the 2 weeks he spoke of, I was involved in a horrific auto accident and was out for over a week. This is what happens when folks would rather spread negative remarks instead of giving someone a chance to make things right. As we do for all of our over 5000 customers.
