Ordered smartwatch for Christmas gift on December 8th through Intense. To date, after several phone calls I know only that they sent it on 21 (so they say) but we do not know where it is now. Maybe it becomes the Easter present. Bad.
In the end I canceled the order because today they still do not know where the package is finished. Service to forget. You see to change things or change jobs that maybe it's better.

1 star (undeserved!). My father won a Samsung Galaxy A7 phone on 27/12/2018 through the Intesa Reward competition (run by Jakala). To get the prize you had to confirm an email that should have sent soon after, never arrived!
After having called the call center more than 15 times and contacted our manager (who worked very hard, but in vain), today, 21/02/2019, we were told that "the win was not approved (by us) , the latter has been canceled ". But if you do not send us the email, how can we confirm it ??? The call center apparently has no supervisors, nobody passes us who can solve the thing.
it's a shame!
Then they say that Customer Care is their main concern! But please!

A band of amateurs in distress ... I made a purchase through Intesa San Paolo and after about 15 days without receiving any type of communication from Jakala I contacted them and I heard that they knew nothing about it.
However, magically, as soon as I provided them with the order number that appeared to me from the bank app, the answer changed to: "there was a mistake, we open a report and we will let them know".
I had to trust the online reviews ... first and last time with incompetents of this kind and I hope that Intesa San Paolo will close the collaboration soon, looking for a partner of equal reach.

Paolo, I make use of the right of withdrawal within the terms provided by law, for my fault I have not read all the regulation where, there is the clause that, if the product is opened you can no longer withdraw , I realize this only after their communication of refusal. I do my fault, what is serious that still today the product after paying for it has not yet been returned to me. Well purchased on December 12th received on January 2nd 2020 shipped for withdrawal on 1/13/2020 to date product paid and not returned. many reminder emails where I request the return at my expense. Purchased from Jakala through the Winday program a set of Berkel brand knives. As soon as we arrived we immediately noticed the very low quality of the product. I contacted Berkel directly, who confirmed that this product is not produced by them but only the brand is applied to us. The Jakala company responds to the return request without any interest in customer satisfaction, and furthermore the return shipment would have been at my expense, which made it senseless to return the product. Other than offers, just money wasted for a chinoiserie !!!

I made a loan with Intesa San Paolo to get a Tablet. Not seeing the article arrive after more than a month, I called several times and was told, before it was sent, then it was not. In practice it seems that the call-center gives embarrassed random responses. Only in the last days, after several grievances, I found an attendant who took care of the problem and in less than a day the tablet arrived. The company therefore has 2 stars, while the last call center operator deserves 5 stars. Ultimately I give 3 stars.

Ordered iPhone 11 pro max 256 gb through Mediolanum, day 15 April.I am looking for the company on Google that wrote me once the order was received and the world collapses on me all negative comments ... who waited two months, who a month ... now resigned I expect it towards the end of May .... but this morning the courier knocked me I could not believe it 5 WORKING DAYS THE MOBILE PHONE WAS FROM ME! Unfortunately, being intermediaries do not have evidence that the material is or will not be sent to the right place. However, with a little 'patience respond and recall.
Now I have to wait for Piaggio to call the dealer and the problem is resolved downstream.

Bad experience. the company manages Cartasi's loyalty rewards. At the end of July they send a loyalty bonus via SDA (Italian post) which of course does not find anyone at the address indicated (editor's note: open until August 4th). Contacted SDA cannot postpone the loyalty rewards unless the sender who tells me Seri Jakala indicates it.
I phone the end of August at the Nichelino headquarters and explain the problem and they tell me to call back at the beginning of September. I call the Nichelino headquarters back in early September and they tell me they have to dispose of many practices like mine to call back in mid-September. At the end of September I recall the headquarters of Nichelino who tells me to call the Milan office. The Milan office tells me to speak with Cartasi.
I feel fooled.

I must recognize that the fault is mainly attributed to the transport and with the direct intervention of Foppapedretti, which I thank, they have resolved. The note states that for breakages not evident at the time of delivery, a fax must be sent within 8 days of receipt. Which fax? Even searching on the web there is no trace. We bought a SAMSUNG dryer more than a month ago through Intesa Sanpaolo. After asking the company several times by telephone, two weeks ago, a courier arrived who wanted to deliver the appliance to us on the roadside, without even wanting to collect the used one (as foreseen by the offer we had signed up for).
So we contacted the company which arranged a new delivery with another courier, but the appliance arrived damaged and then the courier took it back.
We are still waiting to be contacted, we strongly advise against it !!!

In the morning Seri Jakala phoned me to give me the tracking number parcel ... parcel already on the road for two days and on delivery .... wake upviiiiii or hire staff if you are not able to handle shipments under the holiday period !!!!! ! Mobile arrived around noon, mail tracking package arrived in the afternoon ... service anyway bad !!!! You can not send a mail (Samsung) tracking after the package has already been delivered !!!!!! Really absurd and bad service! Banca Mediolanum must be more vigilant with those who work, Samsung for you must wake up and Seri Jakala as well !!!!!!!!!!!!! The service is still bad !!!!!
