I edit the review because finally on the 4th delivery, I received the goods, even after several months, finally intact. I must recognize that the fault is mainly attributed to the transport and with the direct intervention of Foppapedretti, which I thank, they have resolved. Despite everything, I thank the company Seri Jakala for the constant interest and in particular Mrs. Barbara. Just a modest piece of advice to avoid incurring cases like this: better protect the goods being shipped and couriers to recommend respect for the goods.

I received the goods yesterday regularly paid in July but unfortunately opening the packages I found that both are broken. The note states that for breakages not evident at the time of delivery, a fax must be sent within 8 days of receipt. Which fax? Even searching on the web there is no trace. I believe that the fault is due to the courier who as we know do not take care of the goods they carry. I would like to know now who to contact for the replacement of broken parts. Goods purchased with Unicredit points and Foppapedretti products.
