I contacted Bridgewater Acura with interest in a used Corvette and my salesman, Kaz Zarieh, was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I live three hours away from the dealership and Kaz made sure it was going to be worth my trip. Prior to making the trip I had particular interest in the condition of the quarter and rocker panels as Vettes are notorious for bad rock chips in that area. Kaz wasted no time sending me a plethora of additional pictures to my phone to reassure me the condition of the car. He also offered to FaceTime me so I can look at the car that way too. Never in my life have I had such an accommodating salesperson that went above and beyond the way Kaz had. Never the less the car was in great condition and I made the trip to purchase the car the next day. Upon arrival the car was clean and ready for me to inspect it. Kaz was very personable, wasn't pushy and just all around nice to be around. The deal went ultra smooth and the sales manager gave me almost $6000 more for my trade than what Denooyer Chevrolet in Albany had offered me. My dealings with Denooyer and salesman Chris Magnano was absolute garbage compared to this and a complete waste of my time. I went through my own bank for the financing and after all the paperwork was done it was a couple hours until I was ready to drive home in my new to me Vette.

Overall I am extremely happy with the whole experience I had with Kaz and the team at Bridgewater Acura. The atmosphere in the dealership was nice, they had a nice waiting area with free refreshments and snacks and they also had a gorgeous new NSX in the showroom. I only wish Kaz was closer to me so I can send him more business.

Terrible experience. The salesman gave us a hard time taking out a vehicle we were interested in and even had my wife sit in the backseat. Two weeks of poor communication and no responses made it only worse.

We have purchased many vehicles over the years and never had an experience like this.

Edit - Sadly, the response to my review is a complete fabrication of the events. I was never told to slow down during the test drive, nothing like that even close happened... it's incredibly sad that a dealership would rather lie instead of simply apologizing for creating a bad situation. I even had to file a report with Acura's corporate office. Shame, I had really high hopes considering some of the other reviews I have seen.

Bottom line if you want a great deal and immaculate customer service go to this dealership and pay Anthony Spano a visit. He is the ultimate salesman and gets things done with honesty. Rather than making the sale he works based on you affordability, taste, budget, and is a no pressure type of salesman. He sold my family three cars in the same day. He deserved our business and our money! He will get my repeated business and I can not wait to see what he will offer my family and I next. Love the hospitality he and his staff provided and Spano is a stand up guy class act with knowledge of all vehicles, models and etc. Take this review seriously because bridgewater acura is where its at.

John Neals (Dealership Manager) everyone! Very professional and efficient dealership Manager. He is very responsive, will devote his time to your needs and the deal and will have you leaving with a very good deal. He was ultra polite, honest, and just a real person to deal with, which is hard to find no-a days. Whatever works for you he will accoidate your budget. Very on point, crisp and sharp. I would recommend him to be a Manager at any dealership!

Experience here started out great. Found a car i was interested in and haggled a fair price, but told them i needed the weekend to think about it. The sales rep had me fill out all the paperwork to get things going so i didn't have to drive back if i decided to go ahead with it.

After coming back with a mechanic and realizing the car's "minor incident" was a substance accident with frame damage i decided to back out. The sales rep was fine with returning my deposit and apologized for the car.

Fast forward a few weeks and I'm just now getting multiple denied loan applications for loans i was promised wouldn't be applied for, the kicker is the scores used in the application are SIGNIFICANTLY lower than my actual scores. In fact i bought a car and got a private loan three days later and the same bank using the same reporting agency pulled a score 80 points higher...

I wouldn't fill out any paperwork with this dealership because their word means nothing and they will do anything they can for a quick buck at your expense.

Great place, I see why they have such a great reputation. Bought a 2017 VW GTI with 30k miles. The next day on the highway I noticed the clutch slipping. I called Scott, my sales rep, and he assured me they would work with me if the clutch was indeed failing. I was skeptical, but a few days later spoke with the manager, Michael Lasko, and he scheduled my car for the new clutch installation. They even gave me a complimentary loaner car to use while mine was repaired. I m not fond of Acura s, but if they had a vehicle I was interested in I would definitely buy here again in the future.

I love you guys!

I'm not being paid or endorsed to write a review for Bridgewater Acura but I was so impressed with the level of service I received that I think people who doubt shopping here should get a taste of what I experienced.

I started shopping for my car after I was involved in an accident that resulted in a total loss. I knew what I wanted, what color and what options. I thumbed through several dealership stocks and saw even fewer in person.

I happened upon Bridgewater Acura through a mobile application listing the exact car I wanted at a price that was more than fair.

My dealer experience was seamless and the salespeople even went to the lengths of relaying information through text message.

Long story short, by the time I was ready to look at and test drive the car, I had only 10-15 mins of paperwork to look through and sign as everything else had already been taken care of by the dealer. I was in and out with the car I wanted in the trim I wanted for the price I wanted to pay and I couldn't be happier. This is an excellent dealership.

A respectable, convenient dealership with large variety.
I bought a 2014 ford focus st and was helped by a salesman named Kaz. Good guy, really talky and I was 20 mins late to my appointment and he was very nice about it. Everyone here was pretty accommodating. Some of the mechanics were less talky but still helpful. I heard a ticking sound from the engine and Kaz let me compare it to one of the other st's on the lot. I drove 1.5 hrs to get here and it was worth the drive. Very happy with my purchase. the whole experience took under 3 hours. super easy. prices arent negotiable but i was able to negotiate my trade in.

Best Service in the area. They have flexible Hours including evening and Saturday. Prices are reasonable for dealer. Technicians service support are knowledgeable. I do not use their service often , only when I really need it. Just changed brakes , rotors oil yesterday on my wife's Acura RSX. Like them again , as usual.

Bridgewater Acura took me in for an unscheduled visit after my battery went bad in single digit temperatures and turned my car around quickly. They also put air in my tires and inspected the brakes during a quick inspection. While waiting I was able to munch on bagels, have coffee, read magazines and surf on their Wi-Fi. Another great experience here.

I saw a car that I liked, and I took the 45 min drive there. Kaz was standing outside he showed me the car, and we went for a test drive. I Asked him several questions about the car many of which he couldn't answer. The ECU was not covered under warranty ( No one knew what the ECU was ), They didn't know what an intake was (All cars have them whether they are stock or Moded), and asked a few questions about the water pump that couldn't be answered. (it was replaced twice in a year). I didn't even bother to ask about the performance battery that was in the car. I loved the car, but I couldn't purchase a car from those who knew nothing about it.

Second purchase here this time with Lydia who was extremely patient, courteous and friendly, I wasn t too sure what I wanted to do as my lease was ending but Lydia was so patient and diligent, she made sure I got to explore all my options. Then I saw my dream car on the showroom and with assistance from John they made it a reality. John is awesome as well second time working with him, there is no pressure just people truly trying to get the best for you. Feels great to be rewarded for your loyalty!

I really enjoyed the friendly service and level of professionalism. They treated me with the utmost respect. I especially wanted to thank my sales rep Peter Espana, he was very genuine, friendly and honest and experienced.

I also wanted to point out Ryan he was the finance manager who helped us pick a terrific warranty program for our Certified Pre-Owned 2012 Acura TSX.

Dishonest sales team is putting it nicely. I purchased a used 2015 ILX in 2017 from underhanded, double dealing bridgewater acura. I purchased this vehicle without seeing it since I live in Florida. After speaking with numerous members of the sales team and asking them specifically, Is there anything wrong with the car, any eye glaring, noticeable damage other than the normal, wear and tear scratches, dings, etc.. and being told by all involved that there is no big, noticeable damage, I moved forward with the purchase. Car is shipped to me, and while walking up to the car while it s still on the transport carrier I see an enormous amount of damage above the rear tire. I could see it from 25 feet away. Even the driver was shocked and he admitted he saw it immediately upon pick up from the dealership parking lot in NJ.
Low and behold upon confronting all members of the sales team, both Michaels, Adam, and Daniel, all denied ever noticing the in your face, eye popping damage. It was also very evident that someone tried to cover this up with poor painting and drilling a hole in the vehicle to pop out the arm sized dent. Now, the car may have been damaged when it came into their possession and they may not have tried to fix it in the unprofessional way it was, but they knew it was there and they knew I would immediately notice, and they knew they were not being forthcoming and honest with me.
The absolute bottom line is yes, I bought a car sight unseen while believing I was dealing with honest men. The men here are not men of their word. I was lied to while purchasing and then lied to again when I received the car. They did send me a check which covered @ 3/4 of the repairs but this was simply not good enough.
All buyers beware of the dishonest, corrupt, unprincipled men that are employed here. You work too hard for your money but men like this will gladly take it from you any which way they can.

Family loves the RDX. And what a deal! My Cert. Pre Owned in many ways is better than a new car. It's broken in just right, approx 33% off, and cheaper insurance. They also hold their value better than a new car because I can probably sell this for close to what I paid for it; a new car loses thousands once you drive it off the lot. Will never buy another brand.

Worked with Mario and John in sales and had paperwork started within a couple hours of me being there. Both worked with me trying to get my trade in taken care which was complicated by not being in my name but my father who lives out of state. Mike, I would certainly refer people to this dealership as I purchased a great car. As a consumer you are allowed to shop without making an appointment. I filed a report with the Acura's corporate office because I felt uncomfortable with the tone of the first late interaction. However, after coming there a second time (unannounced) and speaking to Peter I had a great experience and purchased the car I wanted. He was very kind and listened too the reasoning behind my needs and car goals. He knew I needed a dependable car quickly to begin traveling between NJ and VA to see my father, a military veteran of 22 years now battling cancer. I had a desirable price range and explained my story and that I also really like Acuras. He was very knowledgeable and did address each question with a positive tone. Although I wished my first impression was better it's clear that all your employees are VERY passionate about selling cars, they are knowlegable, they love the product and go the extra mile. That I do appreciate and after all is said and done the positives outweigh the negatives and I'm happy about my purchase. I would advise anyone looking for a quality acura to go to bridgewater.

Excellent dealer. No BS here. Walked in to purchase one of their CPO Acura RDX's they had on the lot. The selection was by far the best around. We drove an hour to visit this dealer. I met right away with Mike (Mikhail) who was top notch. Never did I get that "Car dealer" feeling from him. Mike was genuinely there to help. He was also knowledgeable about the vehicle which was refreshing and seemingly uncommon. We left with an excellent deal, and I will sleep well knowing we got a great vehicle with no remorse. Dealt with Francisco, we found a TLX V6 SH-AWD Advance through an internet search which led us to Bill Vince s. Francisco was very professional and catered to all of our needs and questions. We knew where we wanted to be on the vehicle and the trade in and with very minimal back and forth reached an agreement within 10 minutes. Quite frankly the easiest car purchase we ve ever made. This dealership and it s team go above and beyond for their customers and we will certainly be coming back to Bill Vince s and Francisco to purchase another vehicle soon. I had an excellent experience at Bridgewater Acura. Didn't want to travel the 8+ hours one way to search for a car many of which happen to be in or around the New Jersey area. Finding the car was easy but finding the right salesman was not, until I called Mikhail Boltarets of Bridgewater Acura. No one else at any other dealership wanted to deal with me, out of state. I didn't think it was that complicated to sell a car and to have it shipped. When I told this to any other salesman they wouldn't deal with me.
Mike though made this process easy. He overnight shipped the paperwork and within a few days the car was mine. The check was sent, all the paperwork was taken care by Mike AND he came in on his day off to see the car onto the shippers truck. Yes, on his day off!!! Thanks Mike, great job.

Paul A. was a pleasure to work with. He made me feel comfortable from the start. He was honest and upfront and treated me like an old friend. I felt so comfortable that I bought the car sight unseen and had it delivered on a flat bed to my home. He was quick to send videos of the car and was always around to answer questions. I purchased a 2015 TLX and I could not be happier with the experience. They honored the True Car Price and never made me feel pressured throughout the process. From my initial contact with Tina in the Internet Sales Department to working with Sean my Sales Consultant it was all top notch. Once the deal was made John in Finance took care of the details and I was out the door. I've bought a lot of cars over the years but this has been my best experience bar none. My experience at this dealership was one on like any other, the staff there are very courteous and very helpful and will stop at nothing in order to help make you the customer feel very comfortable. A+++++++

I really enjoyed the service and level of interaction with Paul Featherman at Bill Vince's Acura Dealership, I had been searching for a particular Mercedes-Benz, the dealership had what I was interested in. Paul greeted me at the door and I never felt any pressure to buy a car, I also suggested I wanted my mechanic to look the car over. It was suggested I can have the mechanic come to the dealership or they would deliver the car to the mechanic's shop, the car was in excellent condition.
I purchased this vehicle, paperwork was a minimum amount of time (1.5hrs).....I was in my dream car....Kudos to Paul Featherman ...Professional, Gentleman & Personable.....!

Being that I've always owned a Honda, I knew it was time to upgrade to Acura...still Honda! :) I was recommended by a friend to visit Bridgewater Acura and to deal with Don Finucci.

Well, Don did not disappoint and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made me feel real at home, did not play around with numbers and set it straight the first time.

I walked out of Bridgewater Acura with a brand new car and a deal that I'm still smiling ear to ear about. Definitely go here and deal with Don!

'm the kind of person that will buy a new car and ...

'm the kind of person that will buy a new car and run it until the wheels fall off. With that being said I don't dealing with sale men, but Murad Stokes at Acura was wonderful. I talk to him on the phone before coming in and had the cars that I wanted to see ready. I sent in my pre-approve information and Elaine Lewis handled all of the paperwork before hand. In and Out in 2 and half hours everything signed , washed and Big Smiles.

Service center is okay I guess. Been here twice, it's clean, but overcharge for basic things you could do yourself and get done somewhere else. First time I went here the lady I dealt with was very rude and started work without authorization, second time I went in I requested I don't speak to her and my experience was better, but never ever getting services done here better off doing it myself.

Sales is alright better than service, the 2 sales associates I had two different experiences, one of them was very laid back not pushy at all, second time I went I called ahead and they assigned me someone for a particular car and it was ready at the front for and everything, the second sales guy was a typical sales man, very pushy, bluffed to get me to put down a deposit (I dint put a deposit). I honestly did not want to buy the car because of the sales guy alone.

But the only thing that shines about this dealership is there PARTS department, been there a bunch of times and they know there stuff better than some of the technicians working in service, and they have parts readily available. Go here for parts and do the job yourself! Give the parts dept 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

Excellent dealership. We were greeted at the door by Daniel, sales manager, upon our arrival. Kaz, our salesman, did an excellent job in helping us purchase the vehicle that we wanted. I cannot say enough about the great customer service provided from the moment we got there, until the moment we left with our new vehicle. We drove over 2 hours to get there from Maryland, and everything was moth and professional. Thanks Kaz and Daniel for the great service. I recently bought my car from Bridgewater Acura. It was a very comfortable and straightforward experience. Everyone there was super accommodating and professional. But Kaz was AWESOME. He was attentive, honest and hospitable. When I decided on a car, the buying process was quick and painless. I received the car cleaned and with a fresh oil change. I was really comfortable the whole time and I walked away with a great car that I m really excited about. Great experience. Highly recommended. Ask for Kaz. :)
