Love coming here to work out, it s one of my favorite gyms to come to the staff are always helpful and nice the place is always clean, I recommend coming here if your looking to work out.

I m not sure if my car is safe here. Broken glasses in the parking lot of planet fitness in early morning, last week. No one in the office seemed concerned.

I like this Gym, they always have it very clean inside.

If they don t open soon at this location I may end up canceling my membership. It doesn t look like they are taking care of the problem they have. No maintenance trucks or anything and I can t keep driving 20 minutes away to Highland because of gas as I am a student.

Nice and comfortable location. Atmosphere is always welcoming and seeing everyone try their best gives you motivation as well.

I love this place from day 1... Now its time for me to spread my wings and change to a different planet fitness location in Highland. I needed more challenges on my fitness goal.. any advice will truly help and appreciated. it gets to the point that im starting to get unmotivated on my fitness goal. would be nice to have someone to encourage, and to motivate you.

Clean and lots of machines in case of crowding, which rarely has happened.

Love this gym. Always clean, nice staff, fellow members mind their business and do their work out and you do yours.

The two times I came to this location back in December the staff welcomed me with open arms, very nice, very helpful since I had an issue with my membership. I would recommend this facility to any other Planet Fitness member

Very clean & tidy health facility. They have water fountain, restroom, lockerroom, and many gym tools to offer.

Parking (free) may be hard to find around 5-7pm.

Staff are always welcoming and very friendly!

Members can use the item lockers but will have to bring their own lock. In the special area are tanning rooms and hydrobeds (need staff assistance).

Awesome facility!! They have everything I need to have a great workout.

I've been with this location for two years and it's overall a good place. It was amazing when I first started going (always clean equipment that was brand new and always working). Now the floors aren't that clean (especially the corners) and people break equipment all the time (especially the leg press machine) and I wish we had cybex machines with moving arm handles like the elliptical machines. But it's still a good place to work out in general though.

Well haven't been yet just joined. So I'm going to be going there now. It looks clean and ready to get back in shape. Been working out since I was 11 years old, somewhere around that. To the ear off the first time bad idea.!!! Your friend Michael if you start something follow through.

Great price but I need classes. I thought I would be motivated to use the 30 minute area but I'm not self motivated enough. I want to use the class trainer but I don't understand how, because it's never been available when ever I have been there. Otherwise it is a clean nice place, perfect for self motivaters.

Less crowded than the one on highland ave. Clean gym. People dont stare as much as other gyms. Would highly recommend this gym. Plus, there arent panhandlers or druggies waiting for youu outside the parking lot!!!

I glad I moved forward with trying something different with Planet Fitness. I'm loving the vibe at this location and most of the staff are really friendly. It makes life easier being across the street from my job. Thumbs up having tanning available and more then two stair masters.

Great gym with lots of equipment and reasonable membership prices. Staff is always friendly and equipment is well maintained.

I had 2 accounts, one for me and one for my husband. He decided to stop going, so I went in person to cancel his and up mine to the black card. His account was never canceled and I was charged for both. I canceled within time limit to not be charged for the next month. Seriously! Going in and canceling mine and the thought to be canceled account.

Go to workout and it's fine. You'll see all the usual crazy types, but that's the nature of the gym. It's like it's own little habitat. I gave it 4 stars because of the mask required at all times policy. Honestly, it's fine. It doesn't seem overly crowded, it's clean, and if you are going to workout, you'll have no problem finding something fun to do.

This is a review for Planet Fitness as a whole not just this location. It's a good gym, almost completely empty at night which is great because I'm disabled. Clean facilities, I like the bench press set up so you don't need a spotter.
Why two stars:
Good luck to you if you need customer service. I fell in a gap in their system over a year ago. I haven't been able to use or even cancel my membership in the last year because I was never given the membership package which includes a key card that you need to do anything. I've tried to contact them whenever I find the time. They make it extremely difficult and I was blown off every time. I'd love to just cancel and move on as I've wasted more than enough money on a membership I can't use but I can't even do that without the damn keycard. It's a shame because I did like this gym. Now I'm just angry and ripped off.

Employees: friendly but incompetent 4/10
Customer service: nonexistent 0/10

EDIT: I was told my issue was forwarded to corporate and the management of a planet fitness. Whether it's the one my membership is at or the one closest to me I don't know, never heard back. They obviously don't care and have just been funneling my money for months. Over a year now.

The best Planet Fitness hands down! Never overcrowded. Very nice staff. Clean place. The only thing is at night its hard to find parking because the customers at MiMis Cafe park all over the place...sometimes right infront of the gym.

This is a great gym, it s brand new and has great staff and an amazing vibe. Love my workouts here and the messages I receive after. Worth it to be a black card member, you can bring a friend very time which helps keep the motivation up. I usual come in between 7-9 and there is always enough machines available without a wait time.

This by far the best location. I recommend you go sign up ASAP!! Shout Sarahi she s a great staff member and there to answer all your questions.

its clean, they have a large amount of machines. What else is there to want? I go in the late evenings around midnight so its great this one is 24/7. Staff is always welcoming!

Not crowded, $10 a month, clean, lots of equipment , locker room and showers. Cant complain.

Both times I have exercised at PF since joining have been a bust. When I paid my $40 to join they told me they often played sports channels on TVs. I have gone twice hoping to watch a football game (MNF & NCAA playoffs both on ESPN). Come to find out, they will not change their set channels. 22 TVs playing 11 different networks and the only sports network being FSN but no live games. Instead, they insist on showing 2 infomercials, 4 cable news networks, and a few obscure channels playing old sit coms. I asked if I could get a refund and was curtly told, No refunds. Lesson learned Fortunately there s a sports restaurant across the street.

Cleaner than the other planet fitnesses in the area and the staff is usually pretty helpful

Is America better than Korea? Gym with good facilities at an affordable price. The planet fitness seems to be representative. Affordable price for facilities that are not built in two years.

Love this workout place for those days I can't see my personal trainer. Equipment and staff always processiknal and clean.

I love the gym!!! It's a clean and large facility. All the staff are really nice and very welcoming. Every time I go in I feel like I am more then just a membership. They welcome you with a great and friendly hello and let you know they are there to help and answer your questions. I really enjoy fitness training class with trainer Ethan. He makes the the training to meet your needs and pushes you to make sure you get the best workout.

This is my favorite planet fitness, it is always kept very clean and the staff is professional.
