This is a review for Planet Fitness as a whole not just this location. It's a good gym, almost completely empty at night which is great because I'm disabled. Clean facilities, I like the bench press set up so you don't need a spotter.
Why two stars:
Good luck to you if you need customer service. I fell in a gap in their system over a year ago. I haven't been able to use or even cancel my membership in the last year because I was never given the membership package which includes a key card that you need to do anything. I've tried to contact them whenever I find the time. They make it extremely difficult and I was blown off every time. I'd love to just cancel and move on as I've wasted more than enough money on a membership I can't use but I can't even do that without the damn keycard. It's a shame because I did like this gym. Now I'm just angry and ripped off.
Facilities: clean, good equipment 10/10
Employees: friendly but incompetent 4/10
Customer service: nonexistent 0/10

EDIT: I was told my issue was forwarded to corporate and the management of a planet fitness. Whether it's the one my membership is at or the one closest to me I don't know, never heard back. They obviously don't care and have just been funneling my money for months. Over a year now.
