I bought a medical insurance policy online. I was told the insurance card will be ready in 7 working days but still call and check.after 5 working days i called and they said it is ready for collection. So i went to their office and was made to wait almost 30 mins and finally a tall egyptian guy came to me with a rude attitude as if i was there for some favour from him. He told me its not ready and he cant print it for me now. I really wonder if these guys know even what customer is. Such pathetic service you get from these people. Any one with self respect will not deal with these arrogant people...
