Was satisfied with the policy and coverage until my last case with them.
Had to follow up many times with the customer service @ NAS regarding the coverage for COVID19 Test. They had mentioned to submit all the proof and it'll be approved.
I submitted all the proofs after filling all the forms and taking the pain to get them signed by the hospital which suggested it was mandatory and not an option.
In the end, i was simply refused with the reason it's not covered under the policy.
Not renewing again with them.
