Taco Casa Review

I allways use their drive thru to order. Almost never have to wait ..and food is Fresh and HOTT!!!!! YUMMY !!!!!Taco Casa is the reason my Tuesdays great....TACO TUESDAY

I went to this store last night, 02/27/21, about 10 minutes before the store was going to close. As a drove towards the drive thru line an employee walked out and put a cone in the drive thru lane. There were 2 other cars in line but I guess they were done for the evening. There are 2 drive thru lines so I drove into the one that was not blocked. The employee came out and shook his head at me and did the cut motion across his neck to indicate I was not getting food. He then came on the speaker and said they were closed. I said it was not 11pm yet. He said "Yeah, we closed early." So that was it. Even though there were 2 other cars in the line and it was not closing time, they had done all they were going to do. This was quite rude in my opinion.

This Taco Casa is always good, fast and clean.
I previously gave them 5 stars but now I wish I could give more. I accidently left my wallet there and didn't realize it until an hour after I left. Went back and they had it waiting behind the counter with all cash and credit cards inside!

Yall made drive thru 2 lanes tonight. And one of yall's employee made me get I the right lane and it was ridiculously slow. I saw 3 people pull up into the left lane after me and order food in the left lane and I wasn't even able to order yet.

I think taco casa has a better taste than taco bell. They have taco Tuesdays and specials on Fridays. You be the judge.

Ordered the $5 salad and was given some salsa to mix in. I don't do salsa! I went to the counter to ask for some cheese in return for the salsa and the woman behind the counter told me " No..i can't have the cheese cause the salsa comes with the salad" Whatever..i left the clerk with the salsa anyway! What a moo cow!!

Awsome food especially bean burrito extra beans ad sour cream with mild and spicy souce

Wish I could give less than one star for this place terrible service totally screwed up my order.

Know several people who eat there and are always sick afterward.

Very clean I prefer this place over the one in Burleson.

I have been to Taco Casa's restaurants all over the Metropolitan Area. I have never had a real concern with their food or service. I dont't go to this location very often. What can I say about the food, service and building. Well the food it's Tex-Mex nothing authentic about it. Just good Tex-Mex food that's always fresh and hot. The prices are inexpensive reasonable. The menu has everything from soft and crispy taco's, burritos, salads, tostadas and more coming in regular and super size's. They do have high chairs for kids. This particularly restaurant is well kept. The service has always been courteous. Sometime they can be a bit busy and the wait can be long. On this last visit I notice that they had more than eight people working at one time(that's a good thing) and everything went fine until I went up to the sevice area for a refill on my drink. All of the employee's was behind the service area. About five looked busy the rest standing walking around talkung to one another. There were no other customers waiting for service but me. I waited almost ten minutes for someone to recognize that I was there and needed help, well to acknowledge me. I had one young man came up to the area where I was waiting refilled his drink never acknowledge that I was there. One employee working near the area took the time to look up at me oh several occasions but did nothing to assist me. After almost ten minutes waiting one employee directed another employee to wait on me. I just wanted to mention I don't think this was a racial thing just an over look on their part because there were at least three different nationalies working at the time!

Update I decided to give this location another try. Mistake on my part. Went in at at 10:21am no one in the restraunt except me and 10,000 employees. By 10:29am no one had come and offered to help me. They open at 10am. If the food is not ready thats on them they need to adjust their prep time or freaking at least advise the customers whats going on. This seems to be the central theme with this location. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this lication. I went to Subway next door got good service and will go there for now on.

Taco Casa is better than taco bell or taco Bruno i go there 6 to 8 times a month and there's one girl that's works there i like very much and she is beautiful......<3

Love there taco's. Hard and soft. Chilatas are great as well. Go there every week

The chilada is delicious.. no beans with sour cream n onions!!

Didn't put our burrito in the bag and the customer service was horrible in the drive thru. This was off of Crowley road.

Great food but I wouldn't eat in not to clean on the inside.

When I go inside the service and food is good. However, when I go to the drive thru the food is greasy and they are rude.

Twice already they've forgotten part of my order after waiting 20 mins in the drive thru for it. When asked for salsa she asked another employee if he had already given me (whether or not he did, im asking you for more) rude b*tch then decides to hand me two handfuls of it. -_-

As I drove through I read a sign that said no Taco Tuesday because of beef shortage okay. Why is my Super Taco looking like a Taco Bell regular taco very little meat usually when I bite into a Super Taco everything falls because they're so overpacked it today was a sad sight lost a super long line. I was not happy today but I still love you Taco Casa unless you keep this up

Drive thru and sat for 37 minutes..5 of those were sitting at the microphone waiting to order.

I love their food they're just way too slow. Go here when you have time, not for something quick.

Anytime I go there my food Always come out fresh and hot thanks for the good food and pleasant employees

0 stars. Check the cameras to the drive thru register at 3:35pm on july 8th 2019. The girl handling food runs her fingers thru another employees hair then proceeds to handle food thru window. Yall trash.

I am a tea and taco addict and Taco Casa is my taco dealer

I had a stomach ache all night 5 minutes after eating 1 soft taco. This was the first time I ever experienced this at taco casa.

Always get your money worth lady work in drive threw was so professional and beautiful smile, my baby girl said she is a tall lady we visted February 8 2018 @ 4 and 5pm, always willing to come back

I didn't like the food ( super taco, a super burrito) at all,

It was awful and I will not be returning nasty food

Employee helpful when I forgot to order an item, the employee at the window quickly corrected my oversight.

Love it here, great food and fast service. Find myself eating here every other week.

The customer service was very wonderful the girl that drive through with some pleasant and my order was made in a very timely matter and my food was fresh and hot
