Taco Casa Review

I went to the one on crowley rd and sycamore school rd and ordered one of those familydeals with half buritoes and half tacos and they gave me all tacos and then on top of that the taco meat was almost cold and i had to wait more than 15 mins just to get that. I dont make it over that way much so i coulfnt just go back and get my money back, i was already late from waiting on thdm that my sister was upset anout me not making it to her wedding on time.

I always love Taco Casa food, but the service here was OUTSTANDING!!!

I ordered 4 tacos. I got 3. Therefore it gets 3 stars not 4

Terrible customer service and when I got my food some of it had mold on it.

Be prepared for 30 min drive thru visits. Even when not really busy. They can't do 2 things at once so you can't ever order until the car ahead of you leaves. Slowest place you'll find around.

The line was long, but the customer service was great. I wish this location had $1.00 tacos on Tuesday.

Waited too long in the drive thru and the beans had no flavor at all!!!!

There were employees eating Taco Cabana in the back while fixing my Taco Casa! If they dont eat their own food something must be wrong.

Oddly enough, the crispy tacos tasted like back in LSGH.

Best fast food experience ever! Nathan greeted me upon entering, took my order. The crew quickly prepared my order... perfectly!!! My name was called and upon exiting Nathan thanked me and said "see you next time." You sure will!!!

Taco Casa way better than a run for the border but a little more costly. Im pretty sure that's real chicken and like everything on the menu is enough calories. I mean it's fast food but better than low end

Tha service there is good there very prompt in attending to there guest, thy could work on that drive thru service of getting orders taking & out within 3 minutes. It more training skills on that management team, do suggestions selling, come down on prices or at least have a different specialist on that menu for everyday of that week.

People are nice. Drive thru is very busy...There doing a GREAT job

Meh. It's alright every now and again, but there's no way I could eat here with any regularity. It's cheap and filling. I can't say much more than that.

Always enjoy going to Taco Casa, but I guess on $5 Friday's they are to busy. I ordered the Super Nachos and got home to find ALL the chips in little pieces...WTH! SMDH

Not really a good Taco Casa, workers have attitudes and they are sloppy making the food, Taco Casa is going downhill everywhere if you ask me.

Nothing but great service and this location and we eat here weekly. Recommended.

They have the best tacos but seems like they have gotten smaller. The burritos and nachos are good too.

Horrible service! I was very dissatisfied! My order was incorrect and the MANAGER blamed me because they didn t fix it correctly. I didn t get a apology or anything like that it was all attitude. Everyone knows the number one rule in customer service is the customer is always right! Instead, she argued with me.

This is the greatest Taco Casa on God s green earth. Whoever the owner of this joint is has trained the staff well to keep clean restaurant and make fresh tacos. I ll be back!

The food is good! The line was faster this time around. The place stays really clean as well. I came here with my family and we really enjoyed just sitting at the table and talking with each other. I also recommed trying their sweet tea. I would come back here again soon!

Awesome food. Fast, friendly service. Their super nachos and super burrito are fantastic. Super nachos have all I ingredients separate so when you get home you can combine them and the chips are still crispy. I love this place!

My family loves the food; however, my recent trip had the cashier-the person handling my order-with his mask pulled down with nose and mouth uncovered. Not feeling safe if this is way safety and cleanliness of my food is handled.

There Tacos Rule. So much flavor and quality. I could eat here daily. The crew were nice and service was fast. I will definitely be back and I hope soon.

The service was fast and the food was hot and good but what I saw that wasn't cool was one of the employees pulled in the parking lot for her shift and threw a bag of trash out in the parking lot when she could of put in the trash can she walked by coming in the front door

EVERY TIME I GO THEY FORGET SOMETHING THE PEPPERS TOMATOES OR DONT DO THE WHOLE SPREAD AS I ORDERED N THEY REPEAT BACK TO ME WHATS WRONG WITH YALL MY CHIPS SOFT BY THE TIME I COME BACK JUST TO GET PEPPERS OR TOMATOES....

This is the worst taco case I have ever been to. I asked for something clearly written on the menu and was rudely told they do not make such a thing. Then continued to question very rudely why I wanted something the way I ordered it. Why does it matter? It s your job to take my order no wonder why I m eating it a certain way. I then left the line after ordering 22$ worth of food I then called to complain and was not given a owner number a corporate number or any help trying to fix this situation. Some people were not raised right! If you don t want to do business with people do be in the business of doing business!

First the food was exactly what I expect from taco casa. I went through the drive in. When I pulled in there were 3 cars in front of me. It took almost 15 minutes until I was able to order. It seemed like they were having issues inside. The drink had been sitting for a while as it tasted watered down. The window staff were not the typical friendly TC staff. So as I rated, it was average.

Took maybe five minutes to fix 20 tacos love Taco Casa

Always fast but most of all friendly staff! The place is super clean too. We go at least once a week, love the food, and the Cardona's chips they use for their nachos are the best!!!

Check you're food at the drive thru, because the people that get paid to do there job can't, #524, after 3 years went back they screwed me again in the drive thru, I will never go there again#507

Cheap and tasty food. Wait can be a bit much at times.

2nd time trying this taco chain. Last time was good so this location should be too. Impressed how fast my order was ready tonight.
