Generally, a nice bank, but the problem of failure is too frequent when it comes to the broker, on 3 December 20 it was impossible to log into it at all, information about any problems only after an hour. It's a pity because I was happy with the offer. I hope to improve the continuity of the website's functioning.
I would like to share my opinion on contacting ING. I carried out activities related to vehicle leasing. After a short time of waiting, I was directed to Agnieszka Smaz. This person provided me with all information regarding the operation in a professional, understandable and friendly manner. Within 2 days, thanks to Agnieszka, I managed to arrange all the necessary formalities. It's been a long time since I met a person with such a professional approach to the client. Super rating excellent with a big plus :)

Very bad customer service, wanted open a business account. Called for appointment every time they transfer the call, nobody pick up the call. They just transfer the call to one another. Such a waste of time.
The ING Makler platform has been out of operation for over 40 hours! How is a person to place orders to buy stocks or, worse, close an already open position? Theoretically, you can call a brokerage house, but if you get in touch there, it calls out to heaven for vengeance. Bravo ING - back to the 90s!

I do not RECOMMEND PZU's "Live safely with PZU" insurance together with an ING bank's housing loan. In my case: premiums charged monthly by ING for insurance, in practice, during overvoltage and oven failure, I reported the matter to ING, I was redirected to PZU, after reporting, I received information that I must WAIT 3 WEEKS to receive information from ING whether my policy is valid active to start working (contributions are collected by the ING bank every month for insurance). Fictitious insurance which only collects premiums and when there is a breakdown nobody knows anything, they extend the time to discourage the client. After the incident, I canceled my insurance and bought it from an external company

- PZU still does not know if I have active insurance (ING bank collects premiums every month)
- I bought a new oven on my own (I do not have a month to wait for a decision whether my insurance is active)
- I am glad that on such an example I saw how you operate with PZU and I could immediately get rid of the fictitious insurance, if it was a flooding or burning of the apartment, 3-4 weeks I would wait for information whether the policy is active and thus my hands are tied

The bank is a disaster .. There is no other name for it.
I have been an individual client in this bank for 2 years. Wanting to close the account, which is entered into over PLN 18,000 every month, the Lady did not even ask why she wanted to close it and whether or not I was not satisfied for any reason. Oh, do you want to close your account? No problem, please close and go to our competitors. Of course, it is not even about the sums on the account ... I believe that every bank that wants to keep the customer will be ready to offer something or at least ask what is wrong and how we can help.

The downside is the fee for withdrawals from foreign ATMs

The office building consists of a part occupied by ING Bank l ski and rented by other entities. Very tight underground parking. A Medicover facility operates there.
Today's failure of the Broker is further proof that the technical solutions used by ING are inadequate. The inability to log into the technical service, incorrect calculations of the purchase order value, increasing system slowness, and brokers insisting that the only non-working order window is the customer's Internet quality - is simply not serious. This is an exchange and you get commission for it by delivering the defective service and exposing your clients to loss or no possible profit.

I don't recommend this Bank at all, strange strategy with foreigners I have a normal debit account after I'm a costumer and i gave all needed document every now and then I am asked to send them documents such as residence cared and decision of legal stay in Poland also Zameldowanie and now Pit 11 and of course when I asked to have a credit card my request has been rejected
I have another account in PKO and they are completely better than Slaski(ING Bank)

There is a zero response to the activation of the card for companies, no one answers the phone. You can hang an hour on the line and nobody answers any number.
At the Bank, no one can activate the card and the phone is deaf.

Paying tribute in the form of a commission for maintaining an account and withdrawals at foreign ATMs is a mockery !!! Do you turn MY cash and do you still charge for it? Now for choosing money from an ATM (regardless of the amount) is 5 PLN, and until recently it was 2.5 PLN !!! Whatever I would like to do in the facility, there is also a commission charged for depositing e.g. cash into the account. You have sick heads, and I also am with YOU ... everything is up to time because the bank can be easily changed ...
I settled the matter at an express pace with the great kindness of the employees. I recommend the facility.

ING has been going through a rapid transformation for some time. They used to be a trustworthy, professionally operating institution. Today? Just take a look at the recent comments. The recent failure of a Broker, which was unavailable for 79 hours, has clearly demonstrated that their professionalism is a thing of the past. The messages transmitted by the bank during a breakdown are already a total cabaret - for the entire 2 working days, the bank issued a message every few hours in which they led the customers by the nose - it maintained that in just a few hours, the system would be available - and so for almost 50 hours - when our weekend came, it turned out that the work continued for over 30 hours.
Lack of access to a brokerage account for such a long time is absurd - this is not an ordinary bank account where you can actually make a transfer 2 days later or from another account. It is a stock exchange account where the situation changes dynamically and the reaction of investors in some cases must be immediate. MASSACRE!
Bank's position: complaint rejected - if you do not like it, please go to court or to the spokesperson.

Unfortunately I am disappointed. I closed my account yesterday, today I called the helpline to find out what the impact was on the last day (from what title) because I was no longer able to check such information. I lost 18 minutes on the hotline with the lady whose system hung up and gave the phone number to call me as soon as the system hangs up ... I'm waiting for the phone now. And I will not wait. Bravo. I do not regret terminating my cooperation with this bank.
Despite the pandemic and top-down decision to close down, they are not interested in the fact that I have no income at the moment. You can't defer repayments And this is embarrassing and a very inhumane approach to the client.
